An adjustment method of screen brightness comprises the following steps. Step (a): obtaining a relationship between a brightness and refresh rate of the screen. Step (b): adjusting the screen to a highest refresh rate and displaying an image at a first brightness. Step (c): decreasing the first brightness by a unit brightness value and variably displaying the image between a first refresh rate and a second refresh rate. Step (d): determining whether the image does not flicker; if not, repeating step (c). Step (e): calculating a first brightness difference between a decreased brightness of the screen and a brightness corresponding to a lowest refresh rate when the image does not flicker. Step (f): determining whether the first brightness difference is less than a screen flicker threshold; if yes, decreasing the first brightness corresponding to the highest refresh rate to obtain an adjusted brightness corresponding to the highest refresh rate.

When a duration of an image occlusion period is shorter than a preset duration, a backlight driving circuit is controlled to respectively provide a first pulse current and a second pulse current in a first light emitting period and a second light emitting period in each frame period, so as to drive a backlight unit to provide a first backlight and a second backlight. Here, the first pulse current is greater than the second pulse current.

Power distribution units of the power distribution system execute a master-node-arbitrating process to generate an arbitration result, and respectively switch to a master node mode for being a master node or a slave node mode for being a slave node according to the arbitration result. When being the master node, a power distribution unit receives a monitor command from a remote management device via an external network, and transfers it to the corresponded slave node(s). When being the slave node, a power distribution unit executes the monitor command received from the master node. Disclosed is a system for transferring real-time audio/video stream. The system comprises a mobile device, a server and a client terminal. The mobile device comprises a recording module, a fragmented media data (FMD) codec, a segmented media data (SMD) codec and a wireless communication module. The recording module records an event on the scene and generates a real-time video stream. The FMD codec encodes the real-time video stream into fragmented media data comprising a start fragment information, at least one media fragment and a media fragment (MF) random access point. The SMD codec directly segments the fragmented media data into a plurality of segmented media data, which are a start segment and at least one play segment. The SMD codec automatically and sequentially transmits the segmented media data to the server. Finally, the server pushes the segmented media data to the client terminal for play through a browser.
