A method for preparing 3,3′-diaminobenzidine, the method comprising the following steps: subjecting 4,4′-biphenol and N,N-dimethylsulfamoyl chloride to an esterification reaction in a specified solvent at 40-70° C. to obtain 4,4′-biphenyl bis(N,N-dimethylaminosulfonate) as a first intermediate; subjecting the 4,4′-biphenyl bis(N,N-dimethylaminosulfonate) to a chlorination reaction with a chlorinating reagent under acidic conditions to obtain 3,3′-dichloro-4,4′-biphenyl bis(N,N-dimethylaminosulfonate) as a second intermediate; subjecting the second intermediate 3,3′-dichloro-4,4′-biphenyl bis(N,N-dimethylaminosulfonate) to an ammonolysis reaction with anammoniation reagent in the presence of a combined catalyst to obtain a crude product of 3,3′,4,4′-tetraaminobiphenyl, wherein the combined catalyst is a mixture of proline, a cuprous salt and a phase transfer catalyst; and subjecting the crude product of 3,3′,4,4′-tetraaminobiphenyl to a post-treatment to obtain a purified 3,3′,4,4′-tetraaminobiphenyl product. In the present invention, 4,4′-biphenol is used as a raw material, a brand-new synthesis route is used, the product purity is high, and pollution of three kinds of waste is reduced.

An example apparatus includes a main processor configured to receive an envelope signal of a reflected wave signal output by the accelerating tube, determine whether an amplitude of the envelope signal is greater than an envelope threshold, and if it is determined that the amplitude of the envelope signal is less than the envelope threshold, determine whether to change a rotation direction of the motor by comparing the amplitude of the envelope signal with an envelope reference signal stored in a memory. The present disclosure can solve the problems that the existing calibration devices have low calibration efficiency and require relatively large spaces. The ray calibration device of the present disclosure includes a driving part, a cam part and a calibration part, wherein the calibration part is located below the cam part; the driving part is adapted to drive the cam part to rotate; and the cam part is adapted to exert a force on the calibration part to enable the calibration part to move into a ray area downwards.

With this method, working conditions of the accelerator of the radiation emission device may be adjusted according to the detection data detected by the detector, so that for a region having a larger mass thickness, a higher output beam dose rate or a higher electron beam output energy level is adopted to guarantee satisfied imaging technical indexes, for a region having a smaller mass thickness, a lower output beam dose rate or a lower electron beam output energy level is adopted to reduce the environmental dose level while guaranteeing satisfied imaging technical indexes.

This invention provides a scan method, scan system and radiation scan controller, and relates to the field of radiation. The present invention provides an electronic device including a write-once-then-read-only register, a chipset, a read-only memory, a flash memory and a central processor. The write-once-then-read-only register is arranged to store a determination value. The chipset is arranged to produce a CPU reset signal. The read-only memory is implemented in the chipset, and has a first memory block which corresponds to a predetermined address and is used to store a first instruction. The flash memory is coupled to the chipset, and has a second memory block which corresponds to the predetermined address and is used to store a second instruction. The central processor is arranged to determine the location of the predetermined address according to the CPU reset signal and the determination value.

In the accelerator, the microwave system and the electron beam emitting device do not work at the same time, and the accelerator electron beam emitting system is started only when the AFC is put into operation and runs stably.

Standing wave electron linear accelerator and installation adjusting device thereof

An irradiating device and a method for controlling it are provided. The device comprises an electron accelerator and a scanning box connected to the electron accelerator, wherein the scanning box is provided with a target, an electron beam exit window positioned at left or right side of the target and a scanning magnet. The device integrates the functions of both the existing irradiating device outputting electron beams and those outputting X-rays. When the scanning magnet is in operation, the irradiating device outputs electron beams; and when the scanning magnet is not in operation, the irradiating device outputs X-rays. Therefore, the device is capable of outputting two radiation sources so as to meet requirements for radiation-processing articles with different sizes.

A high-voltage automatic changeover switch, includes a support and a control circuit board mounted on the support. In one embodiment, the support includes an insulating frame, four high-voltage contacts mounted on each of two opposite plates of the insulating frame, four high-voltage contacts on the same plate being pair-to-pair arranged, the high-voltage contacts at the corresponding positions on the two plates being pair-to-pair arranged. A motor is provided on the support, and when switching the high voltages, the control circuit board controls the rotation of the motor to automatically switch the connection relation between the high-voltage contact pairs. Embodiments of the switch have a voltage-resistance of above 50 KV, allowing a pulse current of not less than 500 A to pass through, and good contact performance and a high stability. In one aspect, the high-voltage automatic changeover switch performs automatic switching of power source high voltages in an accelerator system, so that the accelerator obtains electron beams with different energies, thus allowing an expanded scope of application of the accelerator, including updating and upgrading of non-destructive testing systems, custom container inspection systems, and high-energy CT systems.
