Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may select a resource pool, from a plurality of resource pools for physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) communications, based at least in part on a first parameter of a set of parameters. The UE may select a resource block, from a plurality of resource blocks within the resource pool, based at least in part on a second parameter of the set of parameters. The UE may perform a PSFCH communication via the selected resource block. Numerous other aspects are described.

Physical sidelink feedback channel resource selection

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling indicating a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) configuration for an uplink message that may indicate for the UE to refrain from including DMRS in at least a first portion of the uplink message based on the DMRS configuration. The UE may encode the uplink message without the DMRS in at least the first portion of the uplink message in accordance with the DMRS configuration. The UE may transmit the uplink message based on encoding the uplink message, and a network entity may receive and decode the uplink message. In some examples, the network entity may receive signaling that includes a set of uplink messages from different UEs. As such, the network entity may decode each, using a respective Reed-Muller (RM) code in accordance with a multi-user decoding algorithm.

Demodulation reference signal configuration for uplink messages

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) and perform a filtering procedure on frequency-domain symbols of the DMRS to obtain a frequency-domain noise signal associated with the frequency-domain symbols. The UE may perform a spur detection procedure on the frequency-domain noise signal to detect one or more frequency spurs associated with the frequency-domain symbols. In addition, the UE may estimate a frequency of the frequency spurs. In some implementations, the UE may transmit information indicating spur parameters associated with the frequency spurs (e.g., including the estimated frequency) to a network entity. The UE may receive a control message indicating a rate matching pattern for subsequent communications, the rate matching pattern based on the spur parameters. The UE and the network entity may communicate according to the rate matching pattern.

Spur detection, estimation, and mitigation

Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating HARQ feedback multiplexing on PUSCH with repetitions are disclosed herein. An example method for wireless communication at a UE includes receiving an uplink grant scheduling an uplink transmission associated with a repetition quantity, the uplink grant including a bit indicator. The example method also includes transmitting a first repetition of the uplink transmission. The first repetition may include multiplexing of a quantity of HARQ-ACK feedback bits HARQ-ACK feedback for a PDSCH scheduled by a downlink grant, and the quantity of the HARQ-ACK feedback bits may be based on the bit indicator. The first repetition and the HARQ-ACK feedback may overlap in a time domain.

Techniques to enhance HARQ-ACK multiplexing on PUSCH with repetitions

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. For example, a UE may determine a power control adjustment based on sidelink messages received from other UEs. The UE may transmit, to the other UEs, an indication of the power control adjustment to the other UEs. The other UEs may transmit additional sidelink messages in accordance with the power control adjustment, such that power levels of the additional sidelink message satisfy a threshold. A base station may indicate a power control adjustment to one or more UEs. For example, the base station may receive power control information associated with sidelink communications between a set of UEs. The base station may transmit an indication of a power adjustment parameter for a transmit power level for sidelink messages transmitted between two UEs of the set. The value of the power adjustment parameter may be based on the received power control information.

Power control techniques for sidelink communications

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may perform communications between the UE and a base station based at least in part on a set of semi-persistent resource occasions. The UE may receive a downlink control information releasing the set of semi-persistent resource occasions. The UE may determine a release time to release the set of semi-persistent resource occasions, wherein the release time for releasing the set of semi-persistent resource occasions is with respect to a receive time of the downlink control information. The UE may release the set of semi-persistent resource occasions at the release time based at least in part on the downlink control information.

Semi-persistent resource release timing signaling

Methods, systems, and devices for method for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a first downlink control information scheduling a set of time and frequency resources to a set of downlink shared channel occasions. The UE may also receive, during a first downlink shared channel occasion of the set of downlink shared channel occasions, a second downlink control information indicating a first set of communication parameters specific to a downlink message associated with the first downlink shared channel occasion. The UE may then receive the downlink message during the first downlink shared channel occasion using the first set of communication parameters based on the second downlink control information.

Techniques for scheduling using two-stage control messages

A UE initiates a PUSCH transmission determination procedure if at least one of a first PUSCH overlaps with a second PUSCH in a transmission and a first PUCCH overlaps with the first PUSCH or the second PUSCH, or if the first PUCCH overlaps with at least one of the first PUSCH or the second PUSCH in the transmission and the first PUSCH and the second PUSCH are not overlapped with each other, the first PUSCH and the second PUSCH being associated with different uplink priorities. The UE multiplexes the first PUCCH with the first PUSCH or the second PUSCH that overlaps with the first PUCCH. Uplink skipping and uplink control information multiplexing for wireless communication

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive signaling indicating one or more selected priorities, of at least two priorities, to which a trigger for hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback applies. The UE may receive downlink control information (DCI) including the trigger for the HARQ feedback and omitting a field indicating the one or more selected priorities. The UE may transmit the HARQ feedback for the one or more selected priorities in accordance with the signaling. Numerous other aspects are described.

Configuration based hybrid automatic repeat request trigger

Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for facilitating control channel carrier switching for subslot-based cell. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving signaling configuring a first cell with physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resources, configuring a second cell with PUCCH resources, and configuring at least one of the first cell or the second cell for subslot-based hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) reporting, receiving a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), selecting, based on target PUCCH cell switching information, the first cell or the second cell as a target PUCCH cell for transmitting a PUCCH with HARQ-ACK feedback for the PDCCH or a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) scheduled by the PDCCH, and transmitting the PUCCH with the HARQ-ACK feedback in a subslot or slot on the target PUCCH cell, in accordance with the selection.

Control channel carrier switching for subslot-based cells

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of an antenna port mapping from a network entity. The antenna port mapping may be between a tracking reference signal and a corresponding reference signal, the antenna port mapping indicating a mapping of a tracking reference signal port to a plurality of reference signal antenna ports associated with the corresponding reference signal. The UE may receive a tracking reference signal via the tracking reference signal port based on the antenna port mapping. The UE may perform a channel measurement procedure using the tracking reference signal based on the mapping.

Port association with multiple demodulation reference signal (DMRS) ports

A user equipment maps a high priority hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgment/negative acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK/NACK) information to one or more resource elements (REs), and maps one or more of a low priority HARQ-ACK/NACK information, channel state information (CSI), or uplink-shared channel (UL-SCH) data to REs while rate matching around the mapped high priority HARQ-ACK/NACK REs. A network entity receives an uplink transmission, including high and low priority HARQ-ACK/NACK information, CSI, and UL-SCH data mapped to high and low priority HARQ-ACK/NACK REs, CSI REs, and UL-SCH REs, respectively. The low priority HARQ-ACK/NACK REs, the CSI REs, and the UL-SCH REs are rate matched around the high priority HARQ-ACK/N ACK REs. The network entity demaps and decodes the REs of the high and low priority HARQ-ACK/NACK, the CSI, and UL-SCH to obtain the high and low priority HARQ-ACK/NACK information, CSI, and UL-SCH data.

One aspect provides a method of wireless communication by a first user equipment (UE), including receiving signaling indicating resources, within a sidelink resource pool, that are configured for sidelink interference measurement. A first user equipment (UE) may receive a control message that includes an indication to mute communications between the first UE and a second UE. The indication may be applicable to at least one communication link between the first UE and the second UE. The indication may include an identifier of the first UE, an identifier of the second UE, or an identifier of the at least one communication link. The first UE may receive the indication based on a power status of the first UE, a power status of the second UE, a reliability metric associated with the at least one communication link, or an interference metric associated with a network entity. A method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE). The UE encodes a first uplink control information (UCI) payload of a first priority level to generate a first codeword. The UE modifies the first codeword based on a second UCI payload, wherein information about the second UCI payload is conveyed via a modification of the first codeword. The UE transmits an uplink channel comprising the first codeword and carrying information for the second UCI payload. A base station receives an uplink channel from the UE, comprising a first codeword for a first UCI payload having a first priority level and having a modification that conveys information for a second UCI payload having a second priority level. The base station decodes the second UCI payload based at least in part on the information conveyed based on the modification.
