A communication system, a data transmission method thereof, and a user device thereof are provided. The data transmission method includes the following steps. A first transmitting Radio Link Control (Tx RLC) entity of a first base station transmits a first Protocol Data Unit (PDU) to a first receiving Radio Link Control (Rx RLC) entity of a user equipment via a first leg. A second Tx RLC entity of a second base station transmits a second PDU to a second Rx RLC entity of the user equipment via a second leg. If the first Rx RLC entity successfully receives the first PDU or the second Rx RLC entity successfully receives the second PDU, the first Rx RLC entity and the second RLC entity return Acknowledgement (ACK) messages.

Communication system, data transmission method thereof and user equipment thereof

A communication system, a data transmission method and a base station thereof are provided. The communication system includes a first base station and a second base station. The first base station includes a physical layer unit, a MAC layer unit and a PDCP layer unit. The physical layer unit is configured to transmit with a user equipment through a transmission channel. The MAC layer unit is configured to determine whether a retransmission ratio of the transmission channel is higher than a first threshold and to determine whether a transmission speed of the transmission channel is lower than a second threshold. If the retransmission ratio is higher than the first threshold and/or the transmission speed is lower than the second threshold, the first base station copy a packet and then transmits the copied packet to the second base station which accordingly transmits the copied packet to the user equipment.

A network path selection method and a network node device using the same are disclosed. The network path selection method includes: determining whether a first uplink time parameter table is received from the first relay node device and whether a second uplink time parameter table is received from the second relay node device; when the first uplink time parameter table is received from the first relay node device and the second uplink time parameter table is received from the second relay node device, calculating a first estimated uplink time parameter according to the first uplink time parameter table and a second estimated uplink time parameter according to the second uplink time parameter table; and determining to connect to a gateway via one of the first relay node device and the second relay node device according to the first estimated uplink time parameter and the second estimated uplink time parameter.

The structure comprises a set of bytes having a plurality of fields, a main storage layer having the set of bytes, a plurality of sub-storage layers having the set of bytes, a plurality of main connection lines and sub-connection lines, to form a database of tree structure. For retrieval of the user's address data, only the main storage layer, the main connection line and sub-connection lines, and the last sub-storage layer are required to retrieve a user's address data so as to save the storage space occupied by the database.
