The present disclosure provides a secondary battery which comprises: a cap plate provided with a first electrode terminal; an electrode assembly comprising a main body and a first electrode tab; a first connecting piece connected between the first electrode tab and the first electrode terminal. The first connecting piece includes a first electrode terminal connecting portion, a first electrode tab connecting portion and a first fusing portion. The secondary battery further comprises an insulating piece arranged on the first connecting piece to prevent direct physical contact between the first electrode tab and the first electrode terminal connecting portion by covering at least an edge of the first electrode terminal connecting portion.

Secondary battery

The present disclosure provides a secondary battery which comprises: a cap plate provided with a first electrode terminal and a second electrode terminal; an electrode assembly comprising a main body, a first electrode tab and a second electrode tab; a first connecting piece connected between the first electrode tab and the first electrode terminal. The second electrode tab is electrically connected with the second electrode terminal. The first connecting piece includes a first electrode terminal connecting portion, a first electrode tab connecting portion and a first fusing portion. The secondary battery further comprises an insulating piece adhered on a surface of the first connecting piece which is connected with the first electrode tab, and the insulating piece at least covers an edge of the first electrode terminal connecting portion close to the first electrode tab, so as to isolate the first electrode tab from the first electrode terminal connecting portion.

A secondary battery, including an electrode assembly, a positive terminal, a negative terminal, a top cover plate, a conductive plate and a contact plate, wherein the electrode assembly includes a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate and a separator provided therebetween, the positive electrode plate is electrically connected with the positive terminal, and the negative electrode plate is electrically connected with the negative terminal, the contact plate is attached to the negative terminal, the top cover plate is insulated from the negative terminal and is electrically connected with the positive terminal, the conductive plate is fixedly connected with the top cover plate, the contact plate is configured to deform under gas pressure to be in contact with the conductive plate when an internal pressure of the secondary battery exceeds a reference pressure.

This application provides a secondary battery including an electrode assembly, a first terminal, a second terminal, a top cover plate and a contacting plate attached to the first terminal, the electrode assembly includes a first electrode, a second electrode and a separator between the first electrode and the second electrode, the first terminal is electrically connected with the first electrode, the second terminal is electrically connected with the second electrode, the top cover plate is insulated from the first terminal and is electrically connected with the second terminal, when internal pressure of the secondary battery exceeds reference pressure, the contacting plate deforms under the internal pressure and contacts the top cover plate, so as to form an electrical connecting path through the first electrode, the first terminal, the contacting plate, the top cover plate, the second terminal and the second electrode.
