A pickup mechanism includes a paper feeding channel, a pickup roller assembly disposed in the paper feeding channel and projecting beyond a top of the paper feeding channel, a paper tray disposed to an upstream of the pickup roller assembly, and a guiding swing arm assembly. The guiding swing arm assembly includes two guiding swing arms mounted adjacent to and spaced from two opposite sides of the pickup roller assembly. Each guiding swing arm includes a pivoting shaft, a stopping block, and an extending arm connected between the pivoting shaft and the stopping block. The two stopping blocks of the two guiding swing arms are disposed between the pickup roller assembly and the paper tray for blocking paper. An axial direction of the pivoting shaft of each guiding swing arm is deviated from a center axis direction of the pickup roller assembly.

Pickup mechanism

A scanning device includes an outer shell, a glass platform, a contact image sensor, a paper feeding unit and an upper cover. An inside of the outer shell has an accommodating space. The glass platform is disposed to the outer shell. The glass platform includes an automatic paper fed and scanned area, and a static paper scan area. The contact image sensor is disposed in the accommodating space. The paper feeding unit is disposed to a top surface of the automatic paper fed and scanned area. The upper cover is pivotally disposed to a top surface of the static paper scan area. A top surface of the upper cover is recessed downward to form a paper loading groove.

Scanning device and multifunction printer having simpler structures and smaller volumes

A paper feeding device includes a lower cover, an upper cover pivotally connected to the lower cover, at least one motor mounted to the lower cover, a feeding roller assembly and a paper skew judging module. The feeding roller assembly is pivotally connected to the lower cover and connected with the at least one motor. The paper skew judging module disposed to the lower cover, has an infrared light emitter, an infrared light receiver, a cantilever arm rotatably assembled to the lower cover, a sensing roller pivotally connected with the cantilever arm, and a lens. The infrared light emitter is mounted to the lower cover. The infrared light receiver is mounted to the lower cover and is disposed opposite to the infrared light emitter. The lens is fastened to the cantilever arm, and disposed between the infrared light emitter and the infrared light receiver. The lens has different photopermeabilities.

Paper feeding device and paper skew judging module applied therein

A paper feeding mechanism includes a lower frame, an upper frame, a separation roller, a pickup roller, a paper feeding channel and at least one blocking element, the lower frame has a groove, the separation roller is mounted to the upper frame, the pickup roller is mounted to the lower frame and placed in the groove, a paper feeding channel is formed between the separation roller and the pickup roller, or between the separation roller and the lower frame, the blocking element is pivoted on the upper frame and placed beside the separation roller, the blocking element has a stopping part, the stopping part contacts the lower frame.

Paper feeding mechanism

A paper feeding device includes a first transmission module mounted in a transaction device, a pickup shaft, at least one pickup roller and at least one separation roller. The pickup shaft is rotatably and pivotally connected to the transaction device. The pickup shaft is connected with the first transmission module, and the first transmission module is capable of driving the pickup shaft to rotate towards a clockwise direction or an anticlockwise direction. The at least one pickup roller is fastened around the pickup shaft. The at least one separation roller is rotatably and pivotally connected to the transaction device. An outer surface of the at least one separation roller oppositely abuts against an outer surface of the at least one pickup roller.
