A double-dial measurement device and a measurement method for viewing angle measurement of an optical component are provided. The device includes a support frame, a large dial, a small dial, a vernier disc, verniers and an objective table. When the first locking knot is fastened and the small dial rotates, the large dial or the vernier disc are driven to rotate synchronously, which refers to a rotation motion centered on an axis of the large dial under external force. When a symmetrical light source is irradiated on the optical component, an exit angle of exit lights is used to measure the viewing angle, effectively measuring the effective viewing angle of a single optical component and an optical component set, evaluating the optical component or system with reference to the viewing angle, and providing guidance and reference for the optical component.

A high-temperature superconducting flux pump system comprises a flux pump body, a superconducting load, and a stator group. A double-pancake coil group comprises at least one double-pancake coil. The stator group comprises at least one stator. The flux pump body has an air gap for receiving the stator group. The superconducting load and the stator group are connected to form a closed circuit. The high-temperature superconducting flux pump system has a simpler structure, solves the problem of low charging rate of magnets, and greatly reduces the power cost without changing the magnet structure and winding cost.

With the embodiments of the present disclosure, the scheduling setting can be evaluated, thereby optimizing the scheduling of a backup task and improving the performance of a backup system.

The method may include, in response to detecting a job to be executed in a job processing system, determining attribute information related to execution of a message queue in the job processing system; and determining, based on the attribute information, allocation information for a process to execute the job. The number of processes can be dynamically adjusted according to the current processing capacity of the job processing system, thereby improving the use of the resources of the job processing system and meanwhile avoiding crashing of the job processing system.

The method comprises: determining a plurality of candidate backup policies for a plurality of clients of a data backup system, determining an expected load balance degree with respect to time for the data backup system to perform data backups for the plurality of clients using the plurality of candidate backup policies, determining an actual load balance degree with respect to time for the data backup system while the data backup system is performing the data backups for the plurality of clients using a plurality of current backup policies, and selecting a plurality of backup policies to be used for the plurality of clients respectively, based on a comparison of the expected load balance degree and the actual load balance degree.

Dynamic optimization of backup policy

A number of backup agents to be deployed to a system can be predicted by training one or more machine learning (ML) objects of a first prediction algorithm and training one or more ML objects of a second prediction algorithm. The training can be performed with archived backup job data. Both prediction algorithms can be applied to the backup job data to predict execution duration of the backup jobs. The prediction algorithm with a lower error can be used to predict a total execution duration of a current number of backup jobs. An optimal number of backup agents can be predicted based on the predicted total execution duration and the current number of backup jobs.

There is provided a method of scheduling backup jobs, comprising: in response to detecting that a target backup job is generated, obtaining predetermined execution information of the target backup job; determining an execution priority of the target backup job based on the predetermined execution information of the target backup job; determining an execution priority of an existing backup job in a waiting queue; and adding the target backup job to the waiting queue based on the execution priority of the existing backup job and the execution priority of the target backup job. Through embodiments of the present disclosure, it enables better utilization of system resources to achieve the Recover Point Objective for important data, ensuring a Service Level Agreement.
