A wavefront tester for measuring the wavefront of a sample via an optical path, the wavefront tester including a mirror, an imaging lens, an aperture, a beam splitter, a wavefront sensor, a lens selection system including a plurality of optical lenses, a suitable optical lens of which is commensurate with the sample and selected to be disposed in the optical path and a light source directed in a first direction through the optical path by the beam splitter through the suitable optical lens and the sample to the mirror such that the light source is redirected in a second direction opposite the first direction through the optical path and the beam splitter, the aperture and the imaging lens to be received at the wavefront sensor.

Multi-configurable wavefront tester

A quartz crystal microbalance includes a resonant module, an optical imaging module, and a data processing module. The optical imaging module includes a microscope, and an image acquisition device. An assembly model is fixed on the microscope objective stage. The image acquisition device performs optical imaging on a surface of QCM chip magnified by the microscope to obtain an image, and sends the image to the data processing module. The data processing module analyzes and processes the image to determine an optical resonant frequency of a sample to be tested. The mass of the sample to be tested is determined according to the optical resonant frequency. QCM measurement sensitivity is improved, without the limitation of Sauerbrey equation, and the resonant frequencies of different positions on the surface of QCM chip are simultaneously measured, thus realizing the multi-channel and multi-sample detection of a single chip.

A control method for a semi-centralized open winding multi-motor drive system includes: first, measuring current, voltage and position signal, computing system thrust by a velocity loop; then, distributing the thrust to each motor, converting the thrust into q axis current, computing dq axis voltages required for each motor by a current loop, and transforming the voltage demand to abc coordinate system through coordinate transformation; subsequently, modulating the voltage of each motor into a duty ratio instruction to judge whether the motor is in an over-modulated operating area, and performing over-modulation processing on the voltage in the over-modulated area; and finally, distributing the duty ratio instructions to independent and shared inverters. The control method of the present disclosure can reduce the hardware cost and improve the safety and reliability of the system.
