Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a gearbox housing. The gearbox housing has a housing body and an annular gear. The housing body comprises an annular support and a lateral portion provided at a side face of the annular support. The lateral portion has a hole formed thereon for an input shaft to pass through. The annular gear is provided inside of the housing body along a radial direction and adapted to couple to the annular support, wherein a plurality of teeth are circumferentially provided at an inner side of the annular gear. A gear wheel with an output shaft is adapted to couple to the plurality of teeth.

The method includes: acquiring historical load data prior to a forecast date; generating a load sequence based on the historical load data; performing variational mode decomposition on the load sequence, to obtain multiple intrinsic mode components and a residual that are corresponding to the load sequence; and inputting the multiple intrinsic mode components and the residual into respective forecasting models, and determining a load value on the forecast date based on forecasting results of all the forecasting models.

By embedding the material with higher strength or stiffness within the body of the robot arm link made of plastic material, the stiffness and strength of the robot arm link can be enhanced. In addition, due to the presence of highly rigid materials, the creep effect of the plastic arm is also significantly reduced, improving the accuracy of the robot.

A housing for a plastic gearbox and associated plastic gearbox and a robot. The housing includes a body including an inner engaging portion circumferentially arranged on an inner surface of the body, the inner engaging portion adapted to be engaged with a transmission assembly of the plastic gearbox; and an adjusting mechanism arranged around the body and operable to squeeze the body inwardly to reduce an inner diameter of the body. By using the adjusting mechanism to squeeze the body of the housing inwardly, the fit error between the inner engaging portion and the transmission assembly can be compensated in an efficient way. Furthermore, the adjusting mechanism is a part of the housing and thus the body of the housing which is made of plastic does not need to be too thick, which makes injection molding easier and manufacturing precision improved.
