A removal mechanism of the daughter board includes a fixed frame, a moving frame, a moved frame and a handle. The fixed frame has a pushed portion. The moving frame is movably coupled to the fixed frame and has an oblique tapered edge. The moved frame is fixed to the daughter board and has a corresponding oblique edge. The handle is rotatably connected to the moving frame and has a pushing portion, and the pushed portion is on a rotation path that the pushing portion rotates with the handle. When the handle is operated, the pushing portion pushes the pushed portion, the moving frame moves relative to the fixed frame to push the corresponding oblique edge by the oblique tapered edge. The moved frame drives the daughter board to be removed from the connector.

Removal mechanism of daughter board

A removable self-unlocking structure includes a case and a frame body. The case has a latching portion. The frame body includes a frame plate, and the frame plate is disposed with a positioning structure. The positioning structure includes a slot and an elastic arm exposed in the slot. When the frame body is exerted by an external force, and the elastic arm is capable of positioning at the latching portion or detaching from the latching portion, so that the frame body can slide relative to the case for increasing the convenience of use.

Removable self-unlocking structure

A chassis structure capable of sensing temperature of a media storage device includes a tray. The tray includes a body, an accommodating space formed in the body, a connector disposed on the body, and a temperature sensor juxtaposed with the connector. The media storage device is electrically coupled to the connector and contacts the temperature sensor. A working temperature is measured by a temperature sensor directly attached to an outer housing of the media storage device, thereby avoiding influences such as air flow and undesired heat conduction of the chassis structure.

Chassis structure capable of sensing temperature of media storage device

A chassis self-unlock mechanism includes a tray, a handle assembly and a locking arm. The handle assembly includes a fixed base, a handle and a slider connected to the handle. The fixed base is fixed on the tray, and the slider is movably connected with the fixed base. The locking arm is attached to the tray, an end of the locking arm is fixed to the tray, an actuating slope inclined with respect to the locking arm is formed on the locking arm, a latch laterally protrudes from the locking arm, and the latch protrudes out of an outer surface of the tray. The slider is movable to push the actuating slope, so that the locking arm is bent, and the latch retracts into the tray.

Chassis self-unlock mechanism

A sever rack system includes a rack body, multiple server units, a power control unit and a power supply module. Multiple storage cabinets, a first surface and a second surface are disposed on the rack body. The server units are respectively installed on each storage cabinet and perpendicular to the first surface. Each server unit includes a power socket and each power socket protrudes towards the second surface. The power control unit is installed on one of the storage cabinets and near one side of the server units. The power control unit includes multiple power supplies, a first conductive sheet and a second conductive sheet connected to each power supply. The power supply module includes a first conductive stick, multiple insulation blocks and a second conductive stick. Each insulation block is disposed between the first conductive stick and the second conductive stick for being coupled with the power socket.

Server rack system

An assembly structure for a server hard disk back panel includes a server chassis; a plurality of hard disk frames disposed inside the server chassis; and a back panel disposed between the server chassis and the hard disk frame. A hook is disposed, corresponding to the back panel, on a side edge of each of the two side portions of each hard disk frame. The hooks of any two adjacent hard disk frames are disposed adjacent to each other correspondingly. The back panel includes a plurality of hook holes, and a respective one of the hook holes is corresponding to each two adjacent hooks. Each of the hook holes includes two contact edges corresponding to each other at two sides and includes a hook edge between the two contact edges.

Assembly structure for server hard disk back panel

A storage media conversion device includes a mounting bracket () and a holder (). The mounting bracket () includes a first baseplate () and two corresponding side plates () extending perpendicularly from the first baseplate (). The first baseplate () and the two side plates () enclose a first loading space (). Any of the side plates () includes a first resilient positioning portion () for positioning a first size hard disk (A). A holder () includes a pivot shaft () pivotally connected to one side of the first baseplate (), a handle () rotatable with respect to the pivot shaft (), and a contact portion () disposed close to the pivot shaft (). The length from the handle () to the pivot shaft () is greater than the length from the contact portion () to the pivot shaft ().

Storage media conversion device and server using the same

A sliding rail assembly includes a securing member, a slider, and a positioning member. The securing member is elongated in shape. A fixed positioning structure is disposed on one end of the securing member. The slider is elongated in shape and engaged with the securing member. The slider is slidable longitudinally with respect to the securing member. The positioning member is disposed on the securing member and corresponding in position to the fixed positioning structure. The positioning member is slidable longitudinally with respect to the securing member. The positioning member includes a movable positioning structure. The fixed positioning structure and the movable positioning structure on each end of the securing member are different types for selection according to demands.

Sliding rail assembly

In an industrial computer cabinet and a two-way slide rail structure, the industrial computer cabinet includes a cabinet having a receiving space, a first opening, and a second opening; a drawer in the receiving space; and a two-way slide rail assembly including a first slide rail assembly having at least one slide rail, a second slide rail assembly, and at least one roller installed on the second slide rail assembly and rolling along the slide rail. The two openings communicate with the receiving space, at opposite sides thereof. The first slide rail assembly is fixed to one of the cabinet and the drawer; the second slide rail assembly is fixed to the other such that the drawer can be pulled out, sliding relatively to the cabinet through the first or the second opening, enhancing the use convenience of the industrial computer cabinet.
