The present disclosure relates to a layered bimetallic hydroxide-based hydrogel bipolar membrane and a method for preparing the same. The method includes: blade-coating a quaternized polyethersulfone solution on a substrate, and carrying out drying to obtain an anion exchange layer; immersing the layer sequentially and cyclically in a sodium alginate solution and a first metal ion mixed solution to obtain a hydrogel anion exchange membrane; immersing the hydrogel membrane sequentially in a second metal ion mixed solution and an alkaline solution; and blade-coating a sulfonated polyethersulfone solution on the obtained membrane, and carrying out drying to obtain the layered bimetallic hydroxide-based hydrogel bipolar membrane. The anion and cation exchange membrane layers on two sides of the bipolar membrane prepared in the present disclosure are closely bound by way of hydrogel cross-linking. The bipolar membrane has the advantages of high water dissociation efficiency, low energy consumption, and good stability.

A remote switch-off mechanism and a rotary switch relates to the field of electrical technologies. A housing, an energy storage component, and a tripping component are provided. The energy storage component includes a latch, an energy storage spring, a rotating shaft, and an energy storage panel connected to the rotating shaft, an abutting portion is disposed on the energy storage panel, a first end of the energy storage spring is clamped to the housing, and a second end of the energy storage spring abuts against the abutting portion. The latch includes a hinged portion hinged to the housing, a limiting portion for limiting the second end of the energy storage spring, and a tripping portion that cooperates with the tripping component, and an elastic member is disposed between the latch and the housing, so that the tripping portion has a trend of moving toward the tripping component.

Remote switch-off mechanism and rotary switch

A zeolite membrane and a preparation method thereof are provided. The method includes: adding an organic binder solution dropwise to zeolite, and thoroughly grinding and stirring; blade-coating a resulting mixture on a substrate at a given thickness; and drying to obtain the zeolite membrane. The preparation of a zeolite membrane does not require a complicated hydrothermal crystal growth process, and the membrane can be prepared directly from natural zeolite or artificial zeolite. A prepared zeolite membrane has the characteristics of simple preparation process, low cost, prominent water permeability, high contaminant rejection rate and high zeolite load. The zeolite membrane, when used for the rejection of contaminants in water, can not only remove macromolecular contaminants in water, but also efficiently remove ammonia nitrogen by way of ion exchange, which is suitable for advanced treatment of wastewater.

Zeolite membrane and preparation method thereof

An acousto-optic leakage monitoring system for main steam pipeline in nuclear power plant. The system includes an acoustic emission leakage monitoring loop and a spectrum leakage monitoring loop, wherein the signal input ends of the acoustic emission leakage monitoring loop and the signal input ends of the spectrum leakage monitoring loop are respectively arranged at detection points of the main steam pipeline. The signal output ends of the acoustic emission leakage monitoring loop and the signal output ends of the spectrum leakage monitoring loop are communicatively connected to each other through a network switch, and the network switch is sequentially connected with a control unit and a display unit. Compared with the prior art, the acousto-optic leakage monitoring system for the main steam pipeline in nuclear power plant according to the present invention provides early warning before the main steam pipeline leaks and realizes the diversity and redundancy of the main steam pipeline leakage monitoring methods by combining acoustic emission and spectroscopy, so that the detection results are more credible, and the maintenance cost after installation is extremely low. The detection sensitivity is higher and the response time is shortened, which significantly improves the response speed after leakage is found and provides a larger safety margin.
