The present disclosure discloses an intelligent tunnel segment monitoring system, including two displacement transfer plates and a dislocation monitoring sensor; the two displacement transfer plates are respectively arranged on two adjacent tunnel segments; the dislocation monitoring sensor is connected to the two displacement transfer plates and is used for detecting relative displacement information between the two displacement transfer plates; when the two tunnel segments do not have a relative displacement, the two displacement transfer plates are located on the same plane; one of the displacement transfer plates is provided with a data acquisition and transmission device; the dislocation monitoring sensor is connected to an external data analysis terminal through the data acquisition and transmission device.

Intelligent tunnel segment monitoring system

The disclosure provides a chemiluminescence detector. The chemiluminescence detector includes a reagent storage device, configured to store a reagent; a reaction device, configured to support a plurality of support reaction containers and perform a sample adding operation, a reagent adding operation and an incubating operation, the reaction device including a reaction outer disc mechanism configured to support the reaction containers and perform the reagent adding operation and an uniform mixing operation and a reaction inner disc mechanism configured to support the reaction containers and perform the incubating operation; a reagent storage device, a separate injection device, a cleaning device and a measuring device are arranged around an outer periphery side of the reaction outer disc mechanism. In this way, the operations on the reaction outer disc mechanism and the reaction inner disc mechanism is able to be performed simultaneously and are not interfered, so the detection speed of the chemiluminescence detector is improved.

Chemiluminescence detector and detection method thereof

Disclosed is a method for preparing a magnetic microsphere for the separation of biological proteins. A magnetic microsphere matrix is treated by formulating and using an appropriate emulsified liquid, and modification of the surface of the magnetic microsphere matrix is realized by emulsion polymerization, thereby obtaining a magnetic microsphere coated with a polyacrylate polymer layer. Said emulsified liquid comprises the following components therein: acyclic acid monoester compounds, acyclic acid glycol compounds, initiators and optionally anionic surface active agents and water. The magnetic microsphere significantly reduces the non-specific adsorption of other proteins, without affecting the joining ability for a specific protein, when used in the separation of biological proteins. A new selection is provided to realize the separation engineering of high protein specificity adsorption.

Method for preparing magnetic microsphere for separation of biological protein and use thereof

A cardiac troponin I ultra-sensitive detection reagent kit, a preparation method, and a detection method. Cardiac troponin I ultra-sensitive detection reagent kit, and ultra-sensitive detection method therefor

A reagent kit used for detecting lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2, and a preparation method for the reagent kit. The reagent kit comprises one or a plurality of first anti-lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 antibodies used for binding lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 to be measured, and one or a plurality of second anti-lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 antibodies marked with a trace marker and binding with the lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 to be measured at another site, different from the binding site of the lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 to be measured and the first anti-lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 antibodies. The reagent kit also comprises a displacing agent, so as to further increase the detection accuracy of the reagent kit. A method using the reagent kit for the detection of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 may take serum as a detection sample, has high repeatability and high accuracy, and measures the concentration of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 in the sample in a highly sensitive manner.
