A linear transmission device with capability of real-time monitoring of an amount of a lubricant includes a long shaft, a moving part, a lubricating device and a detecting module. The lubricating device includes a shell and an oil containing unit. The shell is formed with a first accommodating space. The oil containing unit is disposed in the first accommodating space and configured to provide the lubricant to an outer surface of the long shaft. The detecting module includes a temperature sensing unit and a control unit. The temperature sensing unit is configured to detect a current temperature of the oil containing unit. The control unit is connected with the temperature sensing unit and configured to: receive the current temperature; calculate a remaining amount of the lubricant of the oil containing unit based on the current temperature and an oil releasing model; and output the remaining amount.

Linear transmission device with capability of real-time monitoring of amount of lubricant

A linear transmission device includes: an elongated shaft member, a moving module, a rolling unit, a return assembly, a sensor and a data receiving unit. The linear transmission device has a simple structure. The sensor is disposed at the junction of the first return pipe and the second return pipe of the return assembly to timely detect the change in the distance between the rolling elements, which can determine whether there is an abnormality in the shape of the spacers. With the sensor outputting detecting signals, it can stop the terminal immediately to confirm the condition of the workpieces and the machine, avoiding the structural damage of the machine and the workpiece caused by the continuous operation. The sensor can also serve as a medium for transferring data, further facilitating maintenance.

Linear transmission device

A dustproof device is provided for use with a ball screw which includes a screw rod and a nut mounted around the screw rod. The dustproof device includes an annular body and an elastic valve plate. The annular body is disposed inside the nut and penetrated by the screw rod and has an outer annular surface provided with a debris exit. The debris exit has one end in communication with a spiral passage formed between the screw rod and the nut. The elastic valve plate, which is provided at the opposite end of the debris exit of the annular body, can be pushed open by a fluid and thus opens the debris exit, allowing the debris generated by the ball screw to be discharged through the debris exit along with the fluid, thereby contributing to extending the service life of the ball screw.

Dustproof device for ball screw

A ball screw with a dustproof member includes: a screw, a nut and the dustproof member. The dustproof member is inserted along the axis into the annular receiving groove and sleeved onto the screw, and includes an annular first dustproof portion and an arc-shaped second dustproof portion. The annular first dustproof portion includes a dustproof hole for insertion of the screw, the dustproof hole has a dustproof inner surface defining an clearance relative to the circumferential surface of the screw, the arc-shaped second dustproof portion protrudes from the dustproof inner surface, and includes an arc-shaped dustproof section contacting the outer helical groove. Such arrangements provide a dustproof effect and prevent overstress on the screw, consequently decreasing friction resistance, thus making the assembly easier and reducing the required starting torque.
