Disclosed in the present invention are a heavy-haul train and a longitudinal dynamics traction operation optimization control system and method thereof. A model prediction function is added to a locomotive wireless double heading system so as to suppress large longitudinal impulse that is likely to be generated when the operation speed of the heavy-haul combined train is regulated, especially when the heavy-haul train is switched at a grade change point working condition, and the major potential safety hazard that affects the safe and stable operation of the heavy-haul combined train is avoided. In a distributed dynamic marshalling mode of the heavy-haul combined train, the requirements for the difference between the tractive force and the regenerative braking force of a master locomotive and slave locomotives of a multi-locomotive under the same working condition are predicted by the model, the amplitude of the power for the traction and the regenerative braking of the master locomotive and the slave locomotives is reasonably adjusted, and asynchronous control of the train under different working conditions is gradually achieved, so that the purposes of optimizing the dynamics performance of the heavy-haul combined train and reducing the longitudinal impulse of the heavy-haul train are achieved, and the operation of the train is guaranteed.

The invention provides an electrochemical discharge-assisted micro-grinding device for micro-components of brittle and hard materials. The device includes a micro-grinding tool, grinding fluid, a workpiece, an auxiliary electrode, a processing groove, and a pulsed DC power supply; the processing groove is filled with grinding fluid; the micro-grinding tool, the workpiece, and the auxiliary electrode are immersed in the grinding fluid; the micro-grinding tool is composed of a conductive grinding tool base, an electroplating layer, and insulated superabrasives. The micro-grinding tool is connected to the negative electrode of the pulsed DC power supply; the grinding fluid is composed of HO, NaCO, EDTA-Fe-Na, and deionized water; the workpiece material is brittle and hard; a large number of micro structures need to be produced on the surface of the workpiece.

Electrochemical discharge-assisted micro-grinding device for micro-components of brittle and hard materials

This paper describes an invention involving an electrochemical discharge-enabled micro-grinding process for micro-components of silicon-based materials. The specific machining method is described below. A micro-grinding tool and an auxiliary electrode are respectively connected to the negative and positive electrodes of a pulsed DC power supply. When the current flows through the loop, an electrochemical hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) occurs at the micro-grinding tool in the grinding fluid, which generate multiple hydrogen bubbles. The bubbles coalesce into an insulating gas film and separate the micro-grinding tool from the grinding fluid; when the critical voltage is reached, the gas film is broken down and an electrochemical discharge occurs accompanied by discharge spark; under the action of the discharge spark, the surface material of the workpiece in the discharge-affected region is directly ablated to generate a heat-affected layer (HAL), namely, physical modification.

The device includes: a main machine including a supporting frame and a tensile mechanism arranged on the supporting frame; a clamping mechanism including a first clamp and a second clamp that is arranged opposite the first clamp, where the first clamp and the second clamp are both connected to the tensile mechanism, the tensile mechanism is used for driving the first clamp and the second clamp to move close to or away from each other, the first clamp is provided with an accommodation cavity for accommodating a corrosive substance, the accommodation cavity is provided with an opening that is provided on the first clamp and close to one end of the second clamp, and the first clamp can place a test specimen in the accommodation cavity when fixing the test specimen.

The invention provides a molten Al&#x2014;Si alloy corrosion resistant composite coating and a preparation method and application thereof. The composite coating layer comprises an aluminized layer and a TiOfilm layer from a surface of a substrate to the outside in sequence. The preparation method of the coating layer comprises the following steps: (step S1) making a surface treatment to an Fe-based alloy, and then aluminizing with a solid powder penetrant; (step S2) sand-blasting the aluminized Fe-based alloy; (step S3) washing and drying the Fe-based alloy which has been sand-blasted; and (step S4) depositing the TiOfilm layer on a surface of the dried aluminized Fe-based alloy by using an atom layer vapor deposition. The application of the molten Al&#x2014;Si alloy corrosion resistant composite coating is used for a solar thermal power generation heat exchange tube.

The mass percent of components in the brass are: 52.0%-90.0% of copper, 0.001%-0.99% of phosphorus, 0.15%-0.70% of tin, 0.25%-3.0% of manganese, 0.15%-0.90% of aluminum, 0.10%-1.5% of nickel, 0.191%-0.90% of oxygen, and 0.06%-0.80% of carbon, the ratio of aluminum to oxygen not exceeding 27:24, with the balance being zinc and inevitable impurities, wherein lead is not more than 0.08%. The brass is produced by a powder metallurgy method: brass powder, copper oxide powder, and graphite micro powder are mixed evenly; 0.001%-1.5% of a forming agent is added and mixed evenly with the mixture; and then molded by compression, and sintering are performed before post-treatment.

A braking force distribution method and system for multiple marshalling train compartments are provided. The method includes: determining a current train compartment of multiple target marshalling train compartments, calculating current axel loads of axels of the current train compartment, and distributing braking forces for the axels of the current train compartment in a positive correlation manner based on the current axel loads of the axels. The braking forces of the axels are distributed by using an axel load compensation technology. A braking force generated by an axle with a small axle load is reduced according to a load-decreasing amount of the axle load, while a braking force generated by an axle with a great axle load is increased according to a load-increasing amount of the axle load, so that the braking forces generated by the axles match the axle loads.

Disclosed are a lead-free, high-sulphur and easy-cutting copper-manganese alloy and preparation method thereof. The alloy comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 52.0-95.0 wt. % of copper, 0.01-0.20 wt. % of phosphorus, 0.01-20 wt. % of tin, 0.55-7.0 wt. % of manganese, 0.191-1.0 wt. % of sulphur, one or more metals other than zinc that have an affinity to sulphur less than the affinity of manganese to sulphur, with the sum of the contents thereof no more than 2.0 wt. %, and the balance being zinc and inevitable impurities, wherein the metals other than zinc that have an affinity to sulphur less than the affinity of manganese to sulphur are nickel, iron, tungsten, cobalt, molybdenum, antimony, bismuth and niobium. The copper alloy is manufactured by a powder metallurgy method, in which after uniformly mixing the alloy powder, sulphide powder and nickel powder, pressing and shaping, sintering, re-pressing, and re-sintering are carried out to obtain the copper alloy, and the resulting copper alloy is thermally treated.
