A driving circuit including an output circuit, a pull-down module, conductive wires, at least one first signal line, and a buffer layer is provided. The conductive wires are electrically connected between the output circuit and the pull-down module. The output circuit and the pull-down module are electrically coupled to a driving control signal through the first signal line. A first overlapping region is located between the first signal line and a portion of the conductive wires. The buffer layer is disposed between the first signal line and the portion of the conductive wires. The buffer layer includes an overlapping portion and an extending portion. The overlapping portion is at least disposed in the first overlapping region. The extending portion is disposed outside the overlapping portion. A thickness of the overlapping portion is greater than a thickness of the extending portion. A display panel is also provided.

Driving circuit and display panel

A stereoscopic display panel, a display panel and a driving method thereof are provided. A pixel array of the pixel array substrate includes a first scan line, a second scan line, a first data line, a first pixel electrode, a second pixel electrode, a first active device and a second active device. The first data line is electrically connected to the first pixel electrode disposed at the left side of the first data line through the first active device. The first data line is electrically connected to the second pixel electrode disposed at the right side of the first data line through the second active device. The first scan line electrically connected to the first active device and the second scan line electrically connected to the second active device are disposed at the same side of the first active device and the second active device.

Stereoscopic display panel, display panel and driving method thereof

A displayer and a pixel circuit thereof are provided. The displayer comprises the pixel circuit and a driving circuit for supplying a driving voltage to the pixel circuit. The pixel circuit belongs to a two data lines and one gate line architecture and comprises two pixel electrodes at least. The two pixel electrodes belong to the same pixel type and are positioned adjacent to each other. Thereby, the pixel circuit can improve the color shift effectively.

A flat display panel includes a bridge line disposed between adjacent common lines. When a short defect occurs, the common line near the short defect can be directly cut off in order to repair the short defect and the common voltage can be transferred through the bridge line to maintain the normal operation of the flat display panel.

A pixel structure includes a plurality of data lines and a common line. The common line overlaps each data line, and is coupled with each data line to respectively form a first coupling capacitor, a second coupling capacitor, a third coupling capacitor, a fourth coupling capacitor, a fifth coupling capacitor, and a sixth coupling capacitor. The third coupling capacitor is smaller than the second coupling capacitor, and the fifth coupling capacitor is smaller than the fourth coupling capacitor.

A liquid crystal display panel including an active device array substrate, an opposite substrate, a plurality of spacers and a liquid crystal layer is provided. The active device array substrate includes a plurality of position limiting structures, each including a first and a second position limiting pattern. A flat display panel includes a plurality of bridge lines disposed between adjacent common lines. Pixel structures with repairable capacitor structures

An active matrix substrate including a substrate, a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data lines, a plurality of independent common line patterns, and a plurality of pixels is provided. The scan lines, data lines, and common line patterns are disposed on the substrate. The pixels are arranged in array on the substrate, wherein each pixel is electrically connected to corresponding scan line and data line, and the common line patterns are distributed under each pixel. Each pixel includes a plurality of active components and a plurality of pixel electrodes. Each of the pixel electrodes is electrically connected to corresponding scan line and data line through different active components. The capacitance coupling effect between each of the pixel electrodes and common line patterns are different. Additionally, an inspection method for the active matrix substrate and a liquid crystal display having the active matrix substrate are further provided.

Liquid crystal display and active matrix substrate

A flat panel display includes a display panel and a control circuit. The display panel has a display area and a peripheral area. Besides, the display panel includes a pixel array, signal lines, first rescue lines, second rescue lines, and an adjustable load. The pixel array is located in the display area, and the signal lines extend from the display area to the peripheral area and electrically connect the pixel array. The first rescue lines, the second rescue lines, and the adjustable load are disposed in the peripheral area. Each of the second rescue lines crosses an end of one of the signal lines, and the adjustable load is electrically connected with the first rescue lines. The control circuit includes a driving unit and a rescue unit. The driving unit is electrically connected with the signal lines, and the rescue unit is electrically connected with the first rescue lines.

An LCD device having test architecture includes a plurality of data lines, a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of common lines, and a plurality of rows of pixel units. The odd and even common lines are utilized for furnishing a first common voltage and a second common voltage, respectively. The odd and even rows of pixel units are coupled to corresponding odd and even common lines, respectively. Furthermore, disclosed is a test method for detecting defects of the LCD device. The test method includes enabling all the gate lines and furnishing a first test voltage to a corresponding data line during a first interval, disabling even gate lines and furnishing a second test voltage to the corresponding data line during a second interval, and switching the second common voltage from a first common test voltage to a second common test voltage during a third interval.

Liquid crystal display device having test architecture and related test method

A thin film transistor array substrate and method for repairing the same are provided. Each pixel unit of the thin film transistor array substrate has a plurality of upper electrodes, which are coupled to a common line to form a plurality of storage capacitors. If a storage capacitor defects, the portion of the pixel electrode corresponding to the defective storage capacitor is electrically isolated from the other portion of the pixel electrode in the pixel unit. Therefore, the other storage capacitors in the pixel unit can normally display. The thin film transistor array substrate and method for repairing the same provided by the present invention repair the defective storage capacitor in the thin film transistor array substrate and improve the manufacturing yield.

Thin film transistor array substrate with pixel area having a slit located between upper capacitance electrodes and method for repairing the same

A pixel structure electrically connected to a scan line and a data line, includes an active device, a first pixel electrode, a second pixel electrode, a capacitor coupling electrode and a charge releasing device. The active device is electrically connected to the scan line and the data line. The second pixel electrode is electrically isolated from the first pixel electrode. The capacitor coupling electrode is disposed under the second pixel electrode and electrically connected to the data line through the active device. The charge releasing device is electrically connected to the second pixel electrode. The above-described pixel structure is able to effectively solve the image sticking problem. In addition, further provides an active matrix substrate which is able to avoid the image sticking effect.
