Disclosed are a device and method for measuring fluorescence signal in multi-illumination mode and use of the method. An excitation light is modulated on an illumination excitation light path, to generates excitation illumination patterns at different phases on a sample after passing through an objective lens; a high-speed switching device is arranged on a fluorescence collection light path to switch the position of a fluorescence image of the sample on a target plane of a photoelectric sensor, and a plurality of sub-images can be simultaneously obtained after one exposure through synchronous operation of multi-illumination excitation light paths and fluorescence imaging light paths, which correspond to fluorescence signals in a plurality of illumination modes.

A flow guiding and heat dissipating type dry block temperature calibrator, which belongs to the temperature calibration field. The temperature calibrator includes a furnace body located in a housing and at least one air flow generating device. The air flow generating device is on one side or at the periphery of the furnace body, and is one or a combination of a gas passage, a flow guiding fan, an air pump and a blower. The air flow generated by the air flow generating device is blown toward a handle of a device being tested that is inserted in the furnace body, such that the handle is cooled, thereby preventing the sensor inside the handle from failing due to high temperature, facilitating the heat dissipation of the internal electronic components of the instrument itself, and extending the service life of the temperature calibrator.

Flow guiding and heat dissipating type dry block temperature calibrator

A fully-automated handheld pressure calibrator, comprising a housing, and gas circuit and electrical circuit components installed in the housing. The gas circuit components comprise a pressure source capable of supplying a pressurized gas. The gas circuit and electrical circuit components are integrated and installed in the housing in a modular manner, and the shape of the housing is suitable to be held in a hand. The pressure calibrator of the present invention enables all kinds of functions including pressure generation, pressure control, pressure instrument connection, and recording, result calculation, and report output of a pressure calibration process, and is suitable for on-site an on-line calibration of a pressure instrument.

A processing method for an earphone includes receiving a sense signal sent by a proximity sensor. A distance between an earphone and an ear corresponding to the earphone is obtained according to the sense signal and compared with a first preset threshold. Within a first preset time, if the distance is greater than the first preset threshold, an audio playing program is closed or an earphone channel of the earphone is closed.
