Wireless communication devices, systems, and methods related to bundling of uplink communication signals under timing advance (TA) conditions are provided. For example, a method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment can include receiving, from a base station, a timing advance (TA), wherein the TA is scheduled to be implemented by the user equipment at a first time, the first time being after a start of a first uplink communication of a group of bundled uplink communications scheduled with phase coherence and before a start of a second uplink communication of the group of bundled uplink communications; determining whether to implement the TA at the first time or a second time, the second time being after transmission of the second uplink communication; and implementing the TA based on the determining.

Demodulation reference signal (DMRS) and sounding reference signal (SRS) bundling under uplink timing advance (TA)

Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for multiplexing high priority uplink control information (UCI) and low priority UCI on a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH). A method includes determining a total number of resource blocks to transmit encoded UCI bits based on a quantized payload size of a second one or more encoded UCI bits of a second priority and a non-quantized payload size of a first one or more encoded UCI bits of a first priority. The method generally includes mapping the second one or more encoded UCI bits to a first number of resource elements associated with the quantized payload size and the first one or more encoded UCI bits to a second number of REs and transmitting the encoded UCI bits in a PUCCH in accordance with the mapping.

A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network entity, control information indicating of a first set of occasions for periodic transmissions and a second set of occasions for periodic transmissions, where an occasion of the first set of occasions is mapped to one or more occasions of the second set of occasions. The UE may transmit a first message during the first set of occasions, receive a feedback message indicating a failure of the first message to be received during the first set of occasions, and transmit a retransmission of the first message on one or more occasions of the second set of occasions. The transmission may be based on the feedback message and in accordance with the mapping between the first set of occasions and the second set of occasions.

Resource occasion repetition in wireless communications systems

A user equipment (UE) may determine that a high priority uplink control information (UCI) message, a low priority UCI message, and an uplink shared channel message overlap. The UE may select a first set of resources on the physical uplink shared channel for the high priority UCI message then select a second set of resources on the physical uplink shared channel for the low priority UCI message. The second set of resources may be non-overlapping with the first set of resources. In aspects, techniques are provided for generating a set of candidate physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) reception occasions for an active bandwidth part (BWP) of a downlink (DL) serving cell. In aspects, a user equipment (UE) obtains a set of UL sub-slots based, at least in part, on a set of K1 values, and then determines, for each UL sub-slot in the set of UL sub-slots, whether the UL sub-slots satisfy a predetermined overlapping condition with a current DL slot. A PDSCH reception occasions set is generated based, at least in part, on a set of time domain resource allocation (TDRA) candidates of the current DL slot and a determination that a current UL sub-slot satisfies the predetermined overlapping condition with the current DL slot.

Multiplexing uplink control information (UCI) on an uplink data transmission having multiple transport blocks

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may transmit a data message to a user equipment (UE) in a data block modulated according to a modulation and coding scheme (MCS). The UE may monitor for the data block and may attempt to decode the data block. If the UE successfully receives and decodes the data block, the UE may transmit an acknowledgment (ACK) in a feedback message. If the UE unsuccessfully receives or decodes the data block, the UE may transmit a negative acknowledgement (NACK). The UE may transmit the feedback message with the ACK or NACK and a value from a codebook indicating for the base station to increase or decrease the MCS by a delta value for a following transmission or a retransmission.

Uplink control information multiplexing

A first device may obtain information indicative of a configuration to provide code block group (CBG)-based feedback for one or more semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) communications scheduled for the first device. The first device may then monitor for the one or more SPS communications in one or more CBGs of a TB in accordance with one or more SPS communication configurations. Based on the monitoring of the semi-persistent scheduling communications, the first device may generate one or more feedback bits associated with the one or more SPS communications, and may communicate, with a second device, the one or more feedback bits associated with the one or more SPS communications in accordance with the configuration to provide CBG-based feedback.

Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for wireless communication. Techniques for supplementary sidelink resource configuration in full duplex mode may include a first user equipment (UE) transmitting to a base station an interference report indicating sidelink communication interference. The base station may select a resource pool according to the interference report, where the resource pool includes supplementary sidelink subchannels reserved for receiving sidelink communications and conditionally reserved for transmitting sidelink communications based on the interference report. The base station may transmit, to the first UE or a second UE causing the sidelink communication interference, configuration information indicating the resource pool. Based on the configuration information, the first UE and/or the second UE may perform sidelink communications (with each other or with other UEs) using the supplementary sidelink sub channels.
