Conductive carbon adhesive is an active technology researched in the world, and its application is quite wide, such as liquid crystal display (TFTLCD), organic light emitting diode (OLED), radio frequency identification system (RFID), antenna, solar cell, sensing and electronic components for devices. Since the two-dimensional carbon material used for the conductive carbon adhesive is easily stacked and agglomerated in the polymer, the present invention adds nano-fillers to the carbon material to prepare a three-dimensional conductive carbon adhesive to prevent carbon material agglomeration.

A method of fabricating an anode material for a secondary battery includes following steps. A carbon-containing biomass material is provided. The carbon-containing biomass material is mixed with a solid-state nitrogen-containing precursor via a solid-phase mixing method to form a mixture. A silver particles manufacturing method comprises following steps: providing a silver containing compound; providing an organic solution; adding the silver containing compound into the organic solution, to perform ultrasonic vibrations or a heating process until the silver containing compound is dissolved completely into the organic solution, to form a silver ion solution; performing the ultrasonic vibrations or the heating process, and then let the solution settle down for a period, to form a silver particles synthesized solution; and placing the silver particles synthesized solution into a centrifuge to perform centrifugation and separation, to obtain &#x3bc;m-scale silver particles and nm-scale silver particles. The silver particles manufacturing method has the advantages of low pollution, low cost, high yield, and mass production.

The present invention provides a phosphor composition and light emitting device using the same. The phosphor composition includes a first phosphor and a second phosphor, the second phosphor includesextract,extract emits lights with wavelength from 450 nm to 750 nm as it is excited by lights with wavelength from 300 nm to 480 nm. The LED device using the phosphor composition could emit warm white lights with wavelength from 400 nm to 800 nm.

Disclosed herein is a method of producing a graphene from a graphite material. The method comprises the step of dispersing the graphite material in a solution, followed by shearing and exfoliating the graphite material produce a graphene-containing solution. Before the sintering process with high temperature is performed, the different kinds of nitrogen source or the combination of nitrogen source and carbon source thereof is added into the synthesized phosphor to provide carbon atom (C) and nitrogen atom (N) that is doped into the phosphor material, in which the nitrogen source includes an organic and an inorganic nitrogen compound. The nitrogen source is added in addition to substitute oxygen atom and to perform doping process.

Phosphors, fabricating method thereof, and light emitting device employing the same

The disclosure provides a phosphor composed of (MLaEu)Si(BM)NO, wherein Mis Ca, Sr, or combinations thereof. Mis Ga, In, or combinations thereof. 0&#x3c;a&#x3c;1.00, 0&#x2266;b&#x3c;0.05, 0&#x3c;c&#x2266;0.04, and a+b+c=1.00, 0&#x2266;d&#x2266;1.00, 0&#x2266;e&#x2266;1.00, d+e=1.00, and b+d&#x2260;0, and 0.001&#x3c;x&#x3c;0.60. Under excitation, the phosphor of the disclosure emits visible light and may be collocated with other phosphors to provide a white light illumination device.

Borate phosphors have a formula ZnBO:Eu, Bi(wherein 0&#x2266;x&#x2266;0.6 and 0&#x2266;y&#x2266;0.6) emit visible light under the excitation of ultraviolet light or blue light, and may be further collocated with different colored phosphors to provide a white light illumination device.

A cable has a conductor keeper, multiple bare conductors, a dielectric tape, a plastic jacket and two copper cylinders. The conductor keeper has multiple grooves. Each bare conductor is mounted in a corresponding groove of the conductor keeper and has a first end and a second end. The first end and second end of the bare conductor protrude out of the conductor keeper respectively so as to form two spaces. The dielectric tape is wrapped around the conductor keeper. The plastic jacket is coated around the dielectric tape. Two copper cylinders are mounted in the spaces of the bare conductors respectively to make the bare conductors surround the copper cylinders and the bare conductors connect to each other in parallel. Therefore, the skin effect is minimized and the bare conductors are efficient in that power consumption and emission of carbon dioxide during copper-smelting are significantly reduced.

The invention provides borate phosphors composed of CaAlBO:M, wherein M is Pr, Nd, Eu, Eu, Gd, Tb+, Ce, Dy, Yb, Er, Sc, Mn, Zn, or combinations thereof, and 0&#x2266;x&#x2266;0.3. The invention also provides borate phosphors composed of ZnBO:Eu, Bi, wherein 0&#x2266;x&#x2266;0.6 and 0&#x2266;y&#x2266;0.6. The borate phosphors emit visible light under the excitation of ultraviolet light or blue light, and may be further collocated with different colored phosphors to provide a white light illumination device.
