A color conversion panel and a display device are provided. The color conversion panel includes an opaque substrate and a sapphire substrate. The opaque substrate includes a plurality of first pixel openings, a plurality of second pixel openings and a plurality of third pixel openings. The first pixel openings are filled with red quantum dot material, and the second pixel openings are filled with green quantum dot material. The sapphire substrate is on the opaque substrate. A first surface of the sapphire substrate that faces the opaque substrate has a plurality of first arc surfaces corresponding to the first pixel openings, a plurality of second arc surfaces corresponding to the second pixel openings, and a plurality of third arc surfaces corresponding to the third pixel openings.

Color conversion panel and display device

A display device and a projector are provided. The display device includes a pixel light-emitting panel and multiple color conversion panels. The pixel light-emitting panel includes an N1 number of light-emitting pixel units distributed in an array, and the light-emitting pixel units are driven to emit light through a driver. A first color conversion panel includes an N2 number of first color pixels and an N3 number of first transparent pixels. The first color pixels and the first transparent pixels are disposed relative to the light-emitting pixel units. A second color conversion panel includes an N4 number of second color pixels and an N5 number of second transparent pixels. The second color pixels and the second transparent pixels are disposed relative to the light-emitting pixel units. The lights generated by at least part of the light-emitting pixel units sequentially pass through the first color pixels and the second transparent pixels to achieve the color conversion. The lights generated by at least part of the light-emitting pixel units sequentially pass through the first transparent pixels and the second color pixels to achieve the color conversion.

Display device and projector

A display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The display device includes a display area and a non-display area. The display device includes a substrate, an element layer, an electrode pattern layer, a photoresist pattern layer, and a light-emitting element. The element layer is disposed on the substrate. The electrode pattern layer is disposed on the element layer, and the electrode pattern layer includes multiple electrodes. The photoresist pattern layer is disposed on the electrode pattern layer, and the photoresist pattern layer includes a first photoresist pattern disposed corresponding to the display area and corresponding to the electrodes; a second photoresist pattern disposed corresponding to the non-display area and between the electrodes. The light-emitting element is disposed on the photoresist pattern layer and is electrically connected to the electrodes of the electrode pattern layer.

Display device and manufacturing method thereof

A micro device structure including a device and a fixed structure is provided. The device has an upper surface, a lower surface, and a first side surface. The lower surface is opposite to the upper surface. The first side surface connects the upper surface and the lower surface. The fixing structure includes a connecting portion and a first turning portion. The connecting portion extends at least from the upper surface of the device to the first side surface. The first turning portion is in contact to be connected with a first end of the connecting portion and extends outward from the first side surface to be away from the first side surface. The first end of the connecting portion is located on the first side surface between the upper surface and the lower surface. A display apparatus is also provided.

Micro device structure and display apparatus

An active device substrate includes a substrate, first to third scan lines, a first data line, a second data line, a first active device, and a first pixel electrode. The first scan line, the second scan line, and the third scan line are extending along a first direction. The first data line and the second data line are extending along a second direction. The first active device includes a first gate, a second gate, a first semiconductor pattern layer, a first source, and a first drain. The first gate is electrically connected to the first scan line. The second gate is electrically connected to the second scan line. The first scan line and the second scan line transmit different driving signals. The first source is electrically connected to the first data line. The first pixel electrode is electrically connected to the first drain of the first active device.

Active device substrate and driving method thereof

A touch panel includes a substrate, a first patterned conductive layer, a patterned passivation layer, and a second patterned conductive layer. The first patterned conductive layer is located on the substrate, and the first patterned conductive layer includes a plurality of first sensing pads and a plurality of second sensing pads, wherein a gap is formed between adjacent first and second sensing pads. The patterned passivation layer is located on the first patterned conductive layer, and the patterned passivation layer covers the gap and exposes at least a portion of each first sensing pad and at least a portion of each second sensing pad. The second patterned conductive layer is located on the patterned passivation layer.

Touch panel and method of fabricating the same

Provided is an enhancement mode GaN-based transistor device including an epitaxial stacked layer disposed on a substrate; a source layer and a drain layer disposed on a surface of the epitaxial stacked layer; a p-type metal oxide layer disposed between the source layer and the drain layer; and a gate layer disposed on the p-type metal oxide layer. Besides, the p-type metal oxide layer includes a body part disposed on the surface of the epitaxial stacked layer, and a plurality of extension parts connecting the body part and extending into the epitaxial stacked layer. With such structure, the enhancement mode GaN-based transistor device can effectively suppress generation of the gate leakage current.

A capacitive touch display panel includes a display panel, a touch sensing unit, and a plurality of diode ESD protection devices. The touch sensing unit includes a plurality of first sensing pads and second sensing pads. Each diode ESD protection device is disposed between two adjacent first sensing pads and between two adjacent second sensing pads. The two adjacent first sensing pads are electrically disconnected from each other, and the two adjacent second sensing pads are electrically disconnected from each other.

Capacitive touch display panel and capacitive touch board

A touch display panel contains a display panel and a touch sensing array. The touch sensing array is disposed on the display panel, wherein the touch sensing array includes a plurality of first transparent sensing series, a plurality of second transparent sensing series, and a plurality of conductive repair marks. The first transparent sensing series are arranged along a first direction. Each of the first transparent sensing series includes a plurality of first transparent sensing pads electrically connected with each other; the second transparent sensing series are arranged along a second direction. Each of the second transparent sensing series includes a plurality of second transparent sensing pads electrically connected with each other, and each first transparent sensing pad is isolated from each second transparent sensing pad. The conductive repair marks are disposed corresponding to the first transparent sensing pads or the second transparent sensing pads.

Touch panel, touch display panel and repairing method thereof

A display device includes a substrate, a light shielding layer, at least one fading pattern and a display module. The display module is disposed on the substrate and has a display area. The light shielding layer is disposed on a periphery of the substrate and has a first side and a second side, wherein the first side is opposite to the second side. The at least one fading pattern is disposed on the substrate, is adjacent to at least one side of the first side and the second side of the light shielding layer, and does not overlap the display area of the display module. Each fading pattern includes N light transmissible areas, the N light transmissible areas are adjacent to each other, and transmittances of the N light transmissible areas are different from each other, wherein N is a positive integer larger than one.

Display device

A touch panel includes an insulating base, a plurality of first sensing electrodes, a plurality of second sensing electrodes and a plurality of third sensing electrodes. The insulating base has a first surface and a second surface. The first sensing electrodes and the second sensing electrodes are disposed on the first surface of the insulating base, and electrically isolated from each other. The third sensing electrodes are disposed on the second surface of the insulating base, and each third sensing electrode at least partially overlaps a portion of the first sensing electrodes and a portion of the second sensing electrodes.

Touch panel

A pixel array including scan lines, data lines and pixels is provided. The data lines and the scan lines are intersected so as to define sub-pixel regions arranged in array. Each pixel is disposed in a pixel region including (m&#xd7;n) sub-pixel regions, wherein m is a positive integral and n is a positive integral larger than one. Each pixel includes a plurality of sub-pixels, wherein each sub-pixel includes an active device, a pixel electrode and a storage capacitor. At least a portion of the storage capacitors of the sub-pixels within the same pixel is concentrically disposed in one of the sub-pixel regions.

Pixel array

A light emitting device and a method of fabricating a light emitting device are provided. The light emitting device includes a carrier substrate, at least one epitaxy structure, a high resistant ring wall, a first electrode, and a second electrode. The epitaxy structure is disposed on the carrier substrate and includes a first semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second semiconductor layer stacked in sequence. The first semiconductor layer is relatively away from the carrier substrate and the second semiconductor layer is relatively close to the carrier substrate. The high resistant ring wall surrounds the epitaxy structure and a width of the high resistant ring wall is greater than 5 &#x3bc;m. The first electrode is disposed between the carrier substrate and the epitaxy structure. The second electrode is disposed at a side of the epitaxy structure away from the carrier substrate.

Light emitting device and method of fabricating a light emitting device

A capacitive touch display panel includes a display panel, a touch sensing unit, and a plurality of floating gate type ESD protection devices. The touch sensing unit includes a plurality of first sensing pads and second sensing pads. Each floating gate type ESD protection device is disposed between two adjacent first sensing pads and between two adjacent second sensing pads. The two adjacent first sensing pads are electrically disconnected from each other, and the two adjacent second sensing pads are electrically disconnected from each other.

A dual view display structure and a method for producing the same are provided. First, a display panel is provided. Then, a patterned barrier layer is formed on a transparent substrate. The transparent substrate with the patterned barrier layer is attached to the display panel. Because there is a gap between the display panel and the patterned barrier layer, a liquid transparent material is injected into the gap to form a transparent material layer to fill the gap. The invention can not only increase the viewing angles of the dual view display, but also increase the production yield.
