The present disclosure relates generally to depot formulations of lurasidone and methods of making depot formulations of lurasidone. The depot formulations include a suspending agent and are highly syringeable.

A camera device includes a lens module and a birefringent sapphire lens. The sapphire lens is coupled to the lens module as a light window to protect the lens module. The sapphire lens has a crystal structure and a crystal axis. The crystal structure is a single-crystal structure and the crystal axis is one of c-axis (0001), a-axis [including (110), (110), (20), (20), (110) and (20)], m-axis [including (010), (100), (010), (100), (100), and (010)], and r-axis [including (101), (01), (01), (011), (10) and r-axis (101)].

Optical recording medium and recording material for the same

A phase change memory device and a method of forming the same are provided. The phase change memory device includes a conducting electrode in a dielectric layer, a bottom electrode over the conducting electrode, a phase change layer over the bottom electrode, and a top electrode over the phase change layer. The phase change memory device may further include a heat sink layer between the phase change layer and the top electrode. The resistivities of the bottom electrode and the top electrode are preferably greater than the resistivity of the phase change material in the crystalline state.

Phase change memory devices with reduced programming current

A stacked memory module is manufactured in mirror image arrangement and a method for the same. The pins of a first memory unit and pins of a second memory unit are electrically connected to an upper face and a lower face of a first printed circuit board made of rigid material. The pins of the second memory unit are in mirror image arrangement with respect to the pins of the first memory unit. Two second PCBs are made of flexible material and electrically connected to both sides of the first PCB. Conductive contacts such as gold fingers are electrically connected to circuit on the second PCB. The manufacture cost is reduced and manufacture process is simplified. The signal quality is enhanced because the signal paths are uniform and the load impedance is reduced.

Stacked memory module in mirror image arrangement and method for the same

An optical recording medium structure and its method of manufacture. The optical recording medium structure includes, from bottom to top, a transparent substrate, a first dielectric layer, a first buffer layer, a recording layer, a second buffer layer, a second dielectric layer, an optical compensation layer and a reflection layer. The optical recording medium structure is manufactured by forming the first dielectric layer, the first buffer layer, the recording layer, the second buffer layer, the second dielectric layer, the optical compensation layer and the reflection layer in sequence over the transparent substrate. The first buffer layer and the second buffer layer serves to prevent the diffusion of at least one element from the recording layer into the first and the second dielectric layer and vice versa. The optical compensation layer enhances thermal sensitivity of the recording layer during an optical read/write operation.
