A clamp circuit is provided. The clamp circuit includes a major Gallium Nitride (GaN) transistor, a miller GaN transistor, and a capacitor circuit. The major GaN transistor () includes a major gate, a major drain, and a major source coupled to a first node. The miller GaN transistor includes a miller gate coupled to a second node, a miller drain coupled to the major gate, and a miller source coupled to the first node. The capacitor circuit is coupled between the major drain and the second node.

Clamp circuit

A package structure is provided. The package structure includes a leadframe, a GaN power device, and an electrostatic discharge protection component. The leadframe includes a gate pad, a source pad, and a drain pad, which are disposed on the leadframe. The GaN power device has a gate end. The GaN power device is disposed on the source pad of the leadframe. The electrostatic discharge protection component includes a first pad. The first pad is disposed on the electrostatic discharge protection component. The electrostatic discharge protection component is disposed on the source pad of the leadframe. The gate end of the GaN power device is electrically connected to the first pad of the electrostatic discharge protection component. The first pad of the electrostatic discharge protection component is electrically connected to the gate pad of the leadframe.

Package structures

A conversion circuit includes a main device and a voltage control switching circuit. The voltage control switching circuit includes a first terminal configured to receive an original signal, a second terminal coupled to the control terminal of the main device and configured to transmit a driving signal to drive the main device, and a reference terminal coupled to the second terminal of the main device. A voltage level of the driving signal is generated by the voltage control switching circuit. The voltage control switching circuit further includes a first voltage-control switch. The first drain terminal of the voltage-control switch is coupled to the first terminal. The first source terminal of the voltage-control switch is coupled to the second terminal. The first gate terminal of the voltage-control switch is coupled to the reference terminal.

Conversion circuit

A conversion circuit includes a main device, a voltage control switching circuit and a trigger circuit. The trigger circuit includes an output terminal and a sense terminal. The sense terminal is electrically connected to the control terminal of the main device. The voltage control switching circuit includes a first terminal, a second terminal and a control terminal. A first terminal is configured to receive an original signal. A second terminal is connected to a control terminal of the main device, and is configured to transmit a driving signal to drive the main device. A control terminal is connected to the main device and the output terminal. The driving signal has a first voltage level generated by the voltage control switching circuit in response to a voltage level at the control terminal of the voltage control switching circuit.

A conversion circuit includes a main device, a voltage control circuit and a trigger circuit. An output terminal of the voltage control circuit is electrically connected to a control terminal of the main device. The voltage control circuit is configured to output a driving signal having a first voltage level to the main device. The trigger circuit comprises an output terminal and a sense terminal. The output terminal of the trigger circuit is electrically connected to the control terminal of the voltage control circuit, and the sense terminal of the trigger circuit is electrically connected to the control terminal of the main device.

A conversion circuit includes a main device including a first terminal, a second terminal and a control terminal, and a voltage control switching circuit including a first terminal configured to receive an first driving signal, a second terminal coupled to the control terminal of the main device and configured to transmit a second driving signal to drive the main device, and a reference terminal coupled to the second terminal of the main device. A current passing through the voltage control switching device is controlled in response to a voltage level of the reference terminal.
