An electronic circuit for online monitoring a clock signal is provided. The electronic circuit includes a period-to-pulse converter, a pulse-shrinking block and an encoder. The period-to-pulse converter receives the clock signal outputted by a phase-locked loop, and converts each of a plurality of clock period samples of the clock signal to generate a pulse-train signal having a plurality of pulses. The pulse-shrinking block receives the plurality of pulses of the pulse-train signal, and generates a plurality of catch bits by shrinking the plurality of pulses of the pulse-train signal. The encoder outputs a minimum code denoting a minimum clock period of the clock signal and a maximum code denoting a maximum clock period of the clock signal according to the plurality of catch bits. The electronic circuit subtracts the maximum code and the minimum code to generate a peak-to-peak jitter amount code.

Electronic circuit for online monitoring a clock signal

A dynamic bit-line clamping circuit for computing-in-memory applications is configured to clamp a bit line via at least one reference signal and includes a clamping node, a first clamping unit, a second clamping unit, a first feedback controlling unit and a second feedback controlling unit. The first clamping unit is electrically connected between the bit line and the clamping node. The second clamping unit is electrically connected between the clamping node and a power source voltage and includes a switch. The second feedback controlling unit is electrically connected to the clamping node and the switch. The second feedback controlling unit generates a switching signal according to the at least one reference signal and a voltage level of the clamping node. The switch is switched by the switching signal so as to clamp the voltage level of the clamping node according to the at least one reference signal.

Dynamic bit-line clamping circuit for computing-in-memory applications and clamping method thereof

An operating method of the soft-verify write assist circuit of the resistive memory provides a voltage level applying step, a write operating step and a write voltage controlling step. The voltage level applying step is for applying a plurality of voltage levels to the reference voltage, the word line and the switching signal, respectively. The write operating step is for driving the memory cell to perform in a set process or a reset process via the first three-terminal switching element, the second three-terminal switching element and the soft-verify controlling unit during a write operation. The write voltage controlling step is for controlling the write voltage to be increased in the ramping cycle and decreased in the soft-verify cycle.

Soft-verify write assist circuit of resistive memory and operating method thereof

A remote controller comprises a wireless communication interface and a processing unit. The wireless communication interface is communicatively connected with another remote controller. The processing unit is electrically connected with the wireless communication interface. The processing unit generates a first identification code and a second identification code and transmits the first identification code and the second identification code to the another remote controller through the wireless communication interface. The another remote controller transmits the first identification code and the second identification code to a controlled device to establish an indirect pairing relationship between the remote controller and the controlled device and a direct pairing relationship between the another remote controller and the controlled device. A pairing method of remote controllers is also disclosed.

An input-pattern aware reference generation system for a memory cell array having a plurality of word lines crossing a plurality of bit lines includes an input counting circuit, a reference array, and a reference word line control circuit. The input counting circuit receives the input signal of the memory cell array, discovers input activated word lines according to the input signal and generates a number signal representing a number of the input activated word lines. The reference array includes a plurality of reference memory cells storing a predetermined set of weights. The reference word line control circuit is electrically connected between the input counting circuit and the reference array. Moreover, the reference word line control circuit controls the reference array to generate a plurality of reference signals being able to distinguish candidates of the computational result of the bit lines in the memory cell array.

Input-pattern aware reference generation system and computing-in-memory system including the same

A method for sampling coordinates of a touched point on a touch panel, includes the steps of: (a1) detecting a touched point at a low detection frequency to obtain two touch coordinates sequentially in time series; (a2) calculating a distance between the two touch coordinates; (a3) determining whether the distance between the two touch coordinates is greater than a first threshold distance; (a4) detecting a touched point at a high detection frequency to obtain a subsequent touch coordinate in time series; (a5) calculating a distance between two touch coordinates sequentially in time series at the high detection frequency; (a6) determining whether the distance obtained in the step (a5) is less than a second threshold distance; and (a7) detecting a touched point on the touch panel at the low detection frequency when the distance is less than the second threshold distance in the step (a6).

Touch control device and method for sampling coordinates of touch point on touch panel

A positioning method for a touch display panel is provided. The touch display panel includes a touch panel and a display panel. The display panel is disposed on the touch panel, and sensing points and reference positions are set on the touch panel. In the method, pressures with different values are repeatedly applied to each reference position; under the pressures with the different values, average capacitance values of the reference positions corresponding to the sensing points are calculated. When an object touches the display panel, the sensing points of the touch panel correspondingly generate second capacitance values. Under a touch pressure value, the average capacitance values of the reference positions corresponding to the sensing points are selected. The second capacitance values and the average capacitance values of the reference positions corresponding to the sensing points under the touch pressure value are used to calculate a touch position of the object.
