A projection device includes: an illumination system providing an illumination beam; a light valve arranged on a transmission path of the illumination beam and converting the illumination beam into an image beam; a projection lens arranged on a transmission path of the image beam and projecting the image beam out of the projection device; a first actuating module connecting and moving a first element, so that the image beam shifts back and forth along at least one of the first, second, and third directions; and a second actuating module connecting and moving a second element, so that the image beam shifts back and forth along at least one of the first, second, and third directions. The first and second directions are perpendicular. The third and first directions form an angle of 45 degrees, so do the third and second directions. The first and second elements are different.

Projection device

An optical module includes a frame body and an optical element. The frame body includes at least one fixing portion, at least one frame portion, at least one shaft portion, and at least one reinforcement structure. The frame portion is connected to the fixing portion through the shaft portion. The reinforcement structure is connected to the frame portion and forms at least one fracture. The position of the fracture corresponds to the at least one shaft portion. The optical element is disposed in the frame portion. In addition, a projection device having the optical module is also provided.

Optical module with reinforcement structure and projection device having the same

The disclosure provides a projection device, an actuator device thereof, and a projection method adapted for the actuator device. The projection method includes disposing an optical element in a frame body, and disposing a driving assembly between a base and the frame body; controlling the driving assembly to drive the frame body by a signal so that the optical element reciprocally swings relative to the base based on a first, a second, and a third moving shaft. The signal includes a first driving signal corresponding to the first moving shaft, a second driving signal corresponding to the second moving shaft, and a third driving signal corresponding to the third moving shaft. The first and the second driving signal have a first frequency; the third driving signal has a second frequency different from the first frequency. The phase difference between the first and the second driving signal is not equal to zero.

Actuator device, projection device and projection method

An illumination system configured to provide an illumination beam is provided and includes a light-source module and a first and a second wavelength conversion devices. The light-source module provides a first and a second excitation beams. The first wavelength conversion device is disposed on a path of the first excitation beam and has first regions and at least one first boundary disposed between every two adjacent first regions. The second wavelength conversion device is disposed on a path of the second excitation beam and has second regions and at least one second boundary disposed between every two adjacent second regions. The second regions correspond to the first regions. A time point when the first boundary gets into the path of the first excitation beam is different from a time point when the second boundary gets into the path of the second excitation beam. A projection apparatus is also provided.

Illumination system and projection apparatus

An actuator, a projection device, and a projection method are provided. The projection method includes the following. A first optical element is disposed in a first frame body. At least one first driving assembly is disposed between a first base and the first frame body. A second optical element is disposed in a second frame body. At least one second driving assembly is disposed between a second base and the second frame body. The first driving assembly is controlled by a first signal to drive the first frame body, such that the first optical element reciprocally swing relative to the first base based on a first actuating axis and a second actuating axis. The second driving assembly is controlled by a second signal to drive the second frame body, such that the second optical element reciprocally swing relative to the second base based on a third actuating axis.

Actuator, projection device, and projection method

An actuator including a frame body, a base, a first drive assembly, a second drive assembly, and an optical element is provided. The frame body includes the first frame portion and the second frame portion. The base surrounds the frame body. The first drive assembly is disposed between the base and the first frame portion. The second drive assembly is disposed between the base and the second frame portion. When the actuator is set to a first mode, a phase difference between the first drive assembly and the second drive assembly is substantially 0 degrees, and the optical element exhibits a first actuation mode relative to the base. Alternatively, when the actuator is set to the second mode, the phase difference between the first drive assembly and the second drive assembly is substantially 90 degrees, and the optical element exhibits a second actuation mode relative to the base.

Actuator, operation method thereof, and projector

An optical device including a holder and a light transmissive plate is provided. The holder includes a first frame and a second frame connected to each other, and the first frame is located inside the second frame. A light transmissive plate is disposed inside the first frame and has a surface. The first frame has at least one inner surface and includes at least one surface supporting part, and the surface supporting part extends along a direction from the inner surface of the first frame to the center of the first frame, and the surface of the light transmissive plate is at least partially supported by the surface supporting part of the first frame. The surface supporting part is non-continuously distributed along the inner surface of the first frame. The disclosure further provides a projector including the optical device.

Optical device

An optical element adjusting mechanism is provided, including a frame, a carrier, and an optical element. The frame includes a plurality of first positioning portions. The carrier includes a hollow body, a first axial portion connected to the hollow body, and a plurality of second positioning portions connected to the hollow body. The hollow body is connected to the frame through the first axial portion. The plurality of second positioning portions are disposed corresponding to the plurality of first positioning portions. The optical element is fixed on the hollow body. The plurality of second positioning portions are fixed to the plurality of first positioning portions through a plurality of adhesives. An optical element adjusting system and a projection device are also proposed. The optical element adjusting mechanism, the optical element adjusting system, and the projection device quickly, easily, and accurately adjust a rotation angle of the optical element.

Optical element adjusting mechanism, optical element adjusting system, and projection device

The invention provides an optical module and a projection apparatus. The optical module includes a base, a first frame, an optical element, and at least one first driving assembly. The first frame is disposed in the base and includes a first body and a pair of first shaft portions, the first shaft portion extending outward from the first body, and the first body including a pair of first inner folded edges. The optical element is disposed between the pair of first inner folded edges. The first driving assembly and the optical element abut against two opposite sides of one of the first inner folded edges, respectively, and the first driving assembly is configured to drive the first body to swing relative to the base by taking the first shaft portion as a rotating shaft.

Optical module and projection apparatus

An optical device including a bearing structure and a light-transmitting plate body is provided. The bearing structure includes a first frame body and a second frame body connected to each other, and the first frame body is located in the second frame body. The first frame body has at least one first inner surface, and the at least one first inner surface has at least one limiting protruding portion protruding from the at least one first inner surface. The light-transmitting plate body is disposed in the first frame body and is fixed to the first frame body. The light-transmitting plate body has at least one first edge, and the at least one first edge of the light-transmitting plate body is positioned through the at least one limiting protruding portion.

An optical module includes a frame body and an optical element. The frame body includes at least one fixing portion, at least one frame portion and at least one shaft portion connected to the fixing portion and the frame portion. The frame portion includes at least one main body, a plurality of positioning structures and at least one reinforcement structure. A part of an inner side surface of the main body is bended toward a thickness direction of the frame body to form the positioning structures, and the reinforcement structure is connected to the main body and extends in the thickness direction. The frame portion oscillates relative to the fixing portion around the shaft portion. In the thickness direction, a sum of a height of the reinforcement structure and a thickness of the main body is greater than a thickness of the shaft portion.

Optical module and projection device

An optical module, including a first frame, a second frames, an optical element, a first driving module, and a second driving module, is provided. The first frame is connected to a base. The second frame is connected to and located in the first frame. The optical element is disposed in the second frame. The first driving module is disposed between the base and the first frame to drive the first frame to oscillate around a first rotating axis. The second driving module is disposed between the first and second frames to drive the second frame to oscillate around a second rotating axis. The first and second rotating axes are perpendicular to an optical axis of the optical element, and not parallel. An overall dimension of the second driving module is less than that of the first driving module. A projection device having the optical module is also provided.

The invention provides an optical module and a projector to which the optical module is applied. The optical module provided in the invention includes a first frame, a second frame, and a light-transmissive plate. The first frame includes at least one first axial part. The first frame is configured to oscillate with the at least one first axial part as a rotation axis. The second frame is disposed in the first frame and includes at least one second axial part. The second frame is connected to the first frame via the at least one second axial part and is configured to oscillate with respect to the first frame with the at least one second axial part as a rotation axis. The light-transmissive plate is disposed in the second frame.

Optical module

An optical module including a base and a rotating structure is provided. The rotating structure includes a frame and an optical element. The frame has at least one shaft portion. The frame is connected to the base through the shaft portion, and is configured to oscillate relative to the base along a rotation axis by taking the shaft portion as a rotating shaft. The optical element is disposed within the frame. The rotation axis passes through a center of gravity of the rotating structure. In addition, a projector having the optical module is also provided. The invention can prevent the rotating structure of the optical module from having an excessive rotational inertia.

Optical module and projector

An optical module including a transparent component and at least one coil device is provided. The at least one coil device is connected to the transparent component and includes a main body and at least one extending wire. The at least one extending wire is extended out from the main body, the at least one coil device is adapted to be driven by a magnetic force to vibrate along at least one rotation axis, and a length of the at least one extending wire is in positive correlation with a width of the transparent component along a direction. The direction is perpendicular to the at least one rotation axis and perpendicular to an optical axis of the transparent component. In addition, a projector having the optical module is also provided.
