In one example aspect, a wireless communication method includes performing a determination, by a wireless device, according to a first rule and a second rule, of one or more channel of M carriers on which to transmit a feedback message to a network device, where M is a positive integer, and transmitting, by the wireless device the feedback message according to the determination, wherein the first rule defines a transmission delay of the transmission of the feedback message, and wherein the second rule defines a switching of carriers between the M carriers in a case that M is greater than 1.
