Heterocyclic compound containing heteroatom substituted fluorene and optoelectronic device

Provided are an organic compound, an electroluminescent material and use thereof. The organic compound has a structure as shown in Formula I. Through the molecular structure design, the organic compound has a deep LUMO energy level, which can reduce electron injection potential barrier and improve electron injection ability; it has a deep HOMO, which can effectively block holes and make more electron-holes recombine in the light-emitting layer; it has a high triplet energy level E, which can effectively block light-emitting layer excitons. The molecule has a twisted spiro structure, which can reduce molecules stacking, avoid crystallization, show excellent thermal stability and film stability, and help improve luminous efficiency and lifetime. As electroluminescent materials, the organic compound is suitable for an electron transport layer and/or a hole blocking layer of OLED devices and can reduce voltage and power consumption, improve luminous efficiency and working lifetime to have better comprehensive performance.

Provided are an organic compound and an application thereof The organic compound of the present disclosure has a structure similar to a spiro ring. The structure can enable the compound to obtain relatively high thermal stability and a relatively high glass transition temperature Tg. The skeleton has an electron-donating ability, and a group having an electron withdrawing ability is linked to the skeleton so that the skeleton has the electron withdrawing ability, which is more conducive to the transport and recombination of electrons and holes in this region. The compound having the structure similar to the spiro ring also has suitable steric distortion and can reduce a molecular acting force and intermolecular stacking, which is conducive to reducing concentration quenching and efficiency roll-off and preparing an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) device. Therefore, the compound of the present disclosure also enables the device to achieve a longer lifetime.

Organic compound and application thereof

Provided are an organic compound and use thereof. The organic compound has a structure shown in Formula I. Through molecular structure design, the organic compound is endowed with suitable HOMO and LUMO energy levels, which is conducive to matching energy levels of compounds in adjacent layers and achieving efficient exciton recombination. When applied to an OLED device, it can effectively lower the turn-on voltage and operating voltage, improve the efficiency, and prolong lifetime of the OLED device.

The design of the spiro structure and substituents make the organic material have a high triplet state energy level Ti, and the nitrogen heterocycle and its linking groups make the organic compound have characteristics of good electron and hole transport performances. The compound has a relatively high refractive index in the region of visible light (400-750 nm), which is conducive to improving the light-emitting efficiency.
