A fluxgate current sensor and a current measurement method, wherein the fluxgate current sensor includes a magnetic probe and an excitation and detection circuit, and the magnetic probe includes an excitation iron core and an excitation coil, the excitation coil is connected to the excitation and detection circuit, the excitation and detection circuit is used to output alternating excitation voltages to the excitation coil, and the excitation coil is excited to generate alternating excitation currents and cause the excitation iron core to reach saturation alternately; the excitation and detection circuit is further configured to convert the excitation currents flowing through the excitation coil, into equivalent differences of two currents, so as to calculate average values of the excitation currents flowing through the excitation coil via differential equivalent currents, thereby calculating to-be-measured primary currents by the average values of the excitation currents.

The wavelength conversion device includes a wavelength conversion layer used for absorbing excitation light and generating converted light; a box having a first area used for transmitting the excitation light to the wavelength conversion layer and a second area used for transmitting the converted light, and further including an air outlet and an air inlet; a conduit, disposed outside the box and used for connecting the air inlet and the air outlet, so as to seal with the box the wavelength conversion layer in the box; a heat exchanger, used for decreasing a gas temperature in the conduit; and a gas circulation device, disposed in sealed space encircled by the box and the conduit, and used for driving exchange between gas in the box and gas in the conduit. The wavelength conversion device achieves both dust prevention and heat dissipation.

In the technical field of liquid crystal technology, a chip on film unit is provided. A liquid crystal device (LCD) and a driving method thereof are disclosed. The LCD includes a display panel, a data driven circuit configured for providing data voltages to the data lines, and a power reducing module. The display panel includes data lines, scanning lines intersecting with the data lines, and a matrix of pixels arranged in intersections of rows and columns. The power reducing module is configured for storing a most-reload-image, comparing the data of the most-reload-image and the data of an input image, determining if the input image is a reload image increasing a power consumption of the data driven circuit, and changing a polarity inversion method of a timing controller. By changing the polarity inversion method of the timing controller basing on the input images, the display performance is guaranteed and the power consumption of the data driven circuit is reduced at the same time.
