A roller embossing method for flexible graphite polar plates of fuel cells comprises: (1) adjusting a clearance of an embossing roller pair of a roller press to a target thickness value of a monopolar plate; (2) feeding a flexible graphite slab in front of the embossing roller pair, and entangling the flexible graphite slab by means of opposite rotation of the embossing roller pair; (3) after the slab is entangled, continuing to forward roll the slab for 10-100 mm, and then reversely rolling the slab for 5-90 mm by means of synchronous and opposite rotation of an upper and a lower embossing roller, wherein one time of forward rolling and one time of reverse rolling are referred to as reciprocal rolling; (4) forming a polar plate after several times of reciprocal rolling, and separating the polar plate from the embossing rollers; (5) performing subsequent treatment on the roll-formed flexible graphite polar plate.

A system and method for determining the performance of a video codec for real-time communication applications. A set of network conditions is used to simulate certain typical real-world network conditions. A coded video stream is transmitted from the transmitting end to the receiving end under these conditions. The end-to-end latency and received video fluency are measured along with a set of existing video quality measures by a video codec performance evaluation system including a network model and a video codec quality analyzer. The decodable frame ratio, latency and video fluency are used as the performance metrics for real-time communication video quality evaluation. The video codec performance evaluation system does not send any video data over a network when it determines the real-time communication quality of the video codec.

The present disclosure provides a high-voltage interlock system and a detection method thereof. The high-voltage interlock system includes a target control device and at least one non-target control device connected in sequence. The target control device includes a detection unit, a current generation controller, a current generator, and a second high-voltage component. A controller in the target control device generates a pulse drive signal for driving the current generation controller, receives a detection result signal output from a current detector, and determines a fault of a high-voltage interlock circuit according to the detection result signal; the current generation controller generates an alternating voltage signal according to the pulse drive signal; the current generator outputs an alternating current signal according to the alternating voltage signal; the current detector acquires a voltage signal across a detection resistor set and outputs the detection result signal.

The alcohol dehydrogenase mutant of the present invention has high thermal stability and enables high catalytic efficiency and high conversion rate (i.e. space time yield) in the asymmetric reduction of prochiral diaryl ketones to produce chiral diaryl alcohols. Therefore, the alcohol dehydrogenase mutant of the present invention has extremely high prospect of application in the production of chiral diaryl alcohols, such as (S)-(4-chlorophenyl)-(pyridin-2-yl)-methanol, (R)-(4-chlorophenyl)-(pyridin-2-yl)-methanol.

The present disclosure discloses an alcohol dehydrogenase mutant and application thereof in synthesis of diaryl chiral alcohols, and belongs to the technical field of bioengineering. The alcohol dehydrogenase mutant of the present disclosure has excellent catalytic activity and stereoselectivity, and may efficiently catalyze the preparation of a series of chiral diaryl alcohols in R- and S-configurations. By coupling alcohol dehydrogenase of the present disclosure to glucose dehydrogenase or formate dehydrogenase, the synthesis of chiral diaryl alcohol intermediates of various antihistamines may be achieved. Compared with the prior art, a method for preparing diaryl chiral alcohols through asymmetric catalytic reduction using the alcohol dehydrogenase of the present disclosure has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, high substrate concentration, complete reaction and high product purity, and has great industrial application prospects.

The system adaptively decides the interval between each I frame, the bitrate of the encoded bit steams, and the resolution of the encoded video to achieve quick connection. The system may set the appropriate reference frame(s) for the current frame, manage the reference frame(s) in the DPB to be long/short term reference frame(s) or mark them as unused for reference; mark the current frame to be a long term reference frame, a short term reference frame, unused for reference or skip encoding the current frame; adaptively change the ratio of long term reference frame(s) with respect to the short term reference frame(s) in the DPB; adaptively change the frequency ratio of marking the current frame as long term reference frame and marking the current frame as short term reference frame.
