A method for manufacturing micro LED panel and micro LED panel thereof is disclosed. The method includes defining a plurality of pixel regions on an optical element carrier; providing a first solder portion, or a first solder portion, a second solder portion and a third solder portion in each pixel region; selecting a plurality of process substrates and defining a process area on each process substrate; setting a first process mode, a second process mode and a third process mode, and determining the number of process substrates in the first process mode, the second process mode and the third process mode according to the number of units; then the process area of the process substrate will form a plurality of first micro light emitting chips corresponding to the position of the first soldering portion.

Method for manufacturing micro LED panel and micro LED panel thereof

Disclosed are an LED light source, an LED light source manufacturing method, and their direct display device. The LED light source includes a base, at least an LED chip, an anti-vulcanization structure, a light excitation structure, an encapsulation structure and a protection structure. The LED light source can overcome catalyst poison or vulcanization of the light-emitting material effectively to improve product yield and reliability of the LED light source. In the meantime, the LED light source has the feature of a better light emission performance.

An LED lighting device is disclosed. The LED lighting device uses a violet LED chip as a light source for exciting quantum dots. The quantum dots excited by the light of the violet LED chip are mixed with each other to form white light. So, the LED lighting device not just has the effects of providing a high luminous efficiency and preventing the blue light from damaging human eyes only, but also provides a better color rendering ability.

An electrical connector includes an insulative housing, a positive terminal received in the housing and a metallic shell shielding around the mating portion. The housing has a base portion and a mating portion extending forwardly from the base portion. The metallic shell shields around the mating portion to form a first mating cavity opening forwardly and surrounding an outer surface of the mating portion. The mating portion has a second mating cavity recessed from a front face thereof to be separated from the first mating cavity and opening forwardly. The positive terminal has a contacting portion exposed in the second mating cavity. The metallic shell has at least one elastic pressing portion extending into the first mating cavity to be used as a negative terminal.

An electrical connector includes an insulative seat, a plurality of terminals fixed to the insulative seat and at least one magnetic element retained in the insulative seat. The insulative seat defines a vertical first mating surface and a mating portion extending forwardly from the first mating surface, the mating portion defines an inclined second mating surface. Each terminal defines a contacting portion disposed in the mating portion and a soldering portion extending outside of the insulative seat. The mating portion defines a shallow recess recessed from the second mating surface, and the contacting portion defines a free end exposed on the shallow recess and locating behind the second mating surface.

An electrical connector assembly includes a first connector and a second connector. The first connector includes a first terminal group and a first magnetic element around the first terminal group, the first terminal group defines a first central terminal and two first outer terminals located at both sides of the first central terminal. The second connector includes a second terminal group and a second magnetic element, the second terminal group defines a second central terminal, a second outer terminal and an elastic terminal located at both sides of the second central terminal. When the first connector is engaging with the second connector, the first and second magnetic elements are attached to each other, the first central terminal is contacting the second central terminal, the second outer terminal is contacting either of the first outer terminals and the elastic terminal is elastically abutting against the first magnetic element.

A backlight module is provided, including a back plate, a diffusion plate, multiple lighting bars mounted on the back plate and at least one lighting module mounted on each of the lighting bars, where each of the lighting modules has an LED forward light source and at least one pair of LED non-forward light sources, and the pair of LED non-forward light sources is mounted on the side of the LED forward light source, and light emitted from the LED forward light source and light emitted from each of the pair of LED light sources are spliced together to form a diffusing light shape. Therefore, the backlight module of the present invention has reduced lighting bars to decrease the weight, volume and cost of the whole backlight module and liquid-crystal display device, and overcome the problems of non-uniform brightness of conventional backlight modules.

An electrical connector includes an insulative housing having a mating cavity, a tongue portion extending into the mating cavity and defining thereon first and second faces opposite to each other, and a plurality of contacts retained to the housing. The plurality of contacts defines a first and second set of contacts and expanded contacts. The first set of contacts each defines a first blade contacting section exposed onto the first face, the second set of contacts each defines a deflectable cantilevered beam exposed onto the second face, and the expanded contacts include at least one power contact for power transmission. The at least one power contact defines a second contacting section arranged between two adjacent cantilevered beams and projecting out of the second face.

An electrical connector includes an insulative housing and a first and second contact received in the housing. The housing defines a mating face, a rear face opposite to the mating face, and a supporting face disposed between the mating and rear faces. A mating cavity recesses from the mating face towards the supporting face and disposed therebetween, and a receiving groove recesses forwards from the rear face and runs through the supporting face to communicate with the mating cavity. The first contact is retained in the receiving groove with an elastic contacting porting running through the supporting face and projecting into the mating cavity. The second contact is retained in the housing and includes two opposite second contacting portions disposed at two opposite sides of the elastic contacting portion of the first contact. A mating connector can be rotated to disengage from the electrical connector.
