The present invention is a method of metal polishing and oxidation film process applied on a metal workpiece. The process comprises (a) providing the metallic workpiece in an electrolysis polishing liquid; (b) a temperature control device controlling a liquid temperature of the electrolysis polishing liquid; (c) a voltage supply device to exercising an operating voltage between the metallic workpiece and the electrolysis polishing liquid; (d) polishing the surface of the metallic workpiece and forming an oxidation layer by regulating the temperature control device and the voltage supply device; and (e) determining a film thickness of the oxidation layer formed on the metallic workpiece according to an operation time, wherein the film thickness is related to a roughness and a color displayed on the metallic workpiece. The metallic workpiece may be dyed together during the polishing process without adding any dyes. The present invention further provides a system of alloy oxidation film process.

Method of metal polishing and oxidation film process and system thereof

A rotating mechanism used for rotating a screen includes a supporting stand and a base. An end of the supporting stand is connected to the screen. The supporting stand is for supporting the screen. The base is placed on a supporting surface, so as to support the supporting stand and the screen on the supporting surface. The other end of the supporting stand is fixed on the base. The base includes a first cover and a second cover. The other end of the supporting stand is connected with the first cover. The second cover is detachably installed on the first cover and contacts with the supporting surface. At least one of the first cover and the second cover is rotatable relative to the supporting surface.

Anti-theft lockset is disclosed. Lock column and frame body are arranged in lock core. Outer side of lock column is matched with a long slot on the inner wall of lock shell. Inner side of lock column is provided with a crown pillar, and lock core is provided with a sliding chute for causing lock column to slide and a first through hole for causing frame body to move. Crown pillar is contacted with a first lock ball. Lock core is internally provided with lock ball holes matched with first and second lock balls. One end of the second lock ball is contacted with the frame body. The lock core is provided with a containing slot for causing the first lock ball and a locking plate to move up and down. The containing slot is communicated with a key hole. The locking plate is provided with a second through hole.

A signal transmission device is provided. The signal transmission device comprises a linked unit, a switch button, a data connector and a cover. The linked unit includes a first shaft, a second shaft, a first elastomer and a second elastomer. The switch button is attached/disposed on the linked unit. The data connector rotates and expands according to the first shaft and the first elastomer. The cover has a storage device to accommodate and cover the data connector. The cover rotates and expands according to the second shaft and the second elastomer.
