A printer with a laminating function, which is applied with a laminating plastic film, includes: a printer body having a printing passageway, a paper feeding port communicating with the printing passageway, and a paper feeding tray and a paper feeding wheel set; the laminating plastic film is conveyed to the printing passageway by passing the paper feeding tray and the paper feeding port; a pressurizing and heating module disposed in the printing passageway to heat and laminate the laminating plastic film; a plastic film sensor generating a plastic film signal when sensing the laminating plastic film; a process unit electrically connected to the pressurizing and heating module and the plastic film sensor; the process unit controls a heating temperature and a laminating pressure of the pressurizing and heating module after receiving the plastic film signal.

A sheet detection device includes: a magnetic sensing element disposed on a sheet guide, wherein the sheet guide brings the magnetic sensing element to move to a first position or a second position; a first magnetic element disposed on a sheet tray corresponding to the first position; a second magnetic element disposed on the sheet tray corresponding to the second position and in spaced with the first magnetic element; a processing element electrically connected with the magnetic sensing element. When the magnetic sensing element outputs a first voltage signal, the processing element determines the sheet guide is located at the first position according to the first voltage signal. When the magnetic sensing element outputs a second voltage signal, the processing element determines the sheet guide is located at the second position according to the second voltage signal. The first voltage signal is different from the second voltage signal.

Sheet detection device and detection method thereof

A detecting method of a sheet detection device includes: generating, by a first magnetic sensing element, a first voltage signal corresponding to a magnetic element; generating, by a second magnetic sensing element, a second voltage signal corresponding to the magnetic element; determining, by a processing element, a first relative position of the magnetic element relative to the first magnetic sensing element according to the first voltage signal; determining, by the processing element, a second relative position of the magnetic element relative to the second magnetic sensing element according to the second voltage signal; determining, by the processing element, a stopping position of the magnetic element according to the first relative position and the second relative position; determining, by the processing element, a paper size of a paper abutted by a paper guide according to the stopping position. A sheet detection device is also disclosed.

A sheet detection device includes a sheet guiding component, a conductor element and a sensing element. The sheet guiding component is disposed in a sheet tray and movable between an initial position and a threshold position along a first direction. The conductor element is disposed in the sheet tray, and is conductor continuously extended and disposed correspondingly between the initial position and the threshold position. The sensing element is disposed on and moved with the sheet guiding component, and is disposed in spaced with the conductor element and overlaps with at least a part of the conductor element. An overlapping portion between the conductor element and the sensing element correspondingly generates a capacitance value, and the capacitance value changes gradually corresponding to the movement of the sensing element along the first direction.

Sheet detection device

A light-curing 3D printer includes a main-tank, a printing platform, a lighting unit, a liquid material contained in the main-tank, an isolation fluid contained in the main-tank and floating upon the liquid material, a membrane arranged upon the isolation fluid, and an auxiliary mechanism. The 3D printer controls the lighting unit to emit light toward the liquid material according to slicing data of one cured-layer of a 3D model for forming a 3D object. The 3D printer then controls the printing platform to lower and activates the auxiliary mechanism to keep varying the status of the isolation fluid. Next, the 3D printer determines whether the 3D model is completed, and controls the lighting unit to emit light according to slicing data of a next cured-layer if the 3D model is not yet completed.

Light-curing 3D printer capable of quick printing and liquid-level smoothing

A photocuring type 3D printer () includes a sink () for containing a forming liquid (), a glass layer () disposed on the sink (), a membrane () disposed above the glass layer (), an emitting unit () disposed below the sink (), and a forming platform () arranged to immerse in the forming liquid () for constructing a model (). The 3D printer () further includes an adjusting unit () disposed at one side of the sink (). One end of the membrane () is connected to the adjusting unit (), and another end of the membrane () is connected to the other side of the sink () opposite to the adjusting unit (). The 3D printer () controls the adjusting unit () to execute homing for tightening the membrane () before solidifying the model () and controls the adjusting unit () to move for relaxing the membrane () after the model () is solidified, and controls the forming platform () to move after the membrane () is relaxed for peeling the model () from the membrane ().

Photocuring type 3D printer and peeling method for using the same

A 3D object forming device and a method thereof are provided. The device includes a tank used for containing a liquid forming material. A light source irradiates the liquid forming material to cure a 3D object layer-by-layer on a moving platform. In the irradiation process, when a target position currently irradiated by the light source is located on a first layer next to the moving platform, the light source is maintained to an original intensity; when the target position is not located on the first layer next to the moving platform, and when it is determined that a non-cured hollow layer exists in a predetermined number of layers at one side of the target position opposite to the light source according to the slicing data, the intensity of the light source is correspondingly decreased according to the number of layers between the hollow layer and the target position.
