A magnetic bicycle headset includes a first casing engaged with a headtube of a bicycle and a second casing engaged with a fork of the bicycle. A bearing abuts between the first casing and the second casing. The first casing has a first magnet seat for arranging a plurality of first magnets around an axis of the first casing. The second casing has an electrical conductor ring rotating relative to the first magnet around the axis of the first casing. A magnetic field of each first magnet movably passes through the electrical conductor ring. When the electrical conductor ring rotates relative to the first magnets, an eddy current between the electrical conductor ring and the first magnets generates a countering resistance resisting the rotation, so that the present disclosure could reduce a speed and a degree of the rotation of the second casing and the fork relative to the headtube.

Magnetic bicycle headset

A bearing includes a first ball track and a second ball track being annular and respectively disposed on an inside and an outside of the bearing. The first ball track has a first side wall and a second side wall. A first track and a first damping element are disposed on the first side wall. The second ball track has a third side wall and a fourth side wall. A second track and a second damping element are disposed on the third side wall. The first track and the second track jointly form a receiving space for disposing a plurality of balls abutted by both the first track and the second track. The second damping element and the first damping element get in contact and rub against each other to be rotatable relative to each other. The present disclosure provides a damping for rotating through rubbing between the damping elements.

Bearing

A bearing seat suitable for receiving a bearing includes an annular body, a first outer-radial flange and a second outer-radial flange. The annular body includes a peripheral wall. The peripheral wall has a first end, a second end, an inner matching surface and an outer surface. A thickness difference between the maximum thickness and the minimum thickness of the peripheral wall is within 30%. A portion of the inner matching surface is suitable for contacting and matching with an outer matching surface of the bearing. The first outer-radial flange protrudes from the outer surface adjacent to the first end and extends to the first end. The second outer-radial flange protrudes from the outer surface adjacent to the second end and extends to the second end. The overall structure of the bearing seat is uniform, which can reduce warpage and deformation caused by uneven shrinkage during the injection process.

Bearing seat and headset

A bicycle headset includes a fixed member, wherein the headset is fixed onto a headtube of a bicycle via the fixed member. A steerer tube of a fork passes through the headtube and is connected to a fork portion. The fixed member has a first contour including a first guiding section, a second section, and a joint section that connects the first section and the second section and is located at the highest site among the first contour. A rotating member is fixed onto the steerer tube. A movable member is disposed onto the rotating member and is movable along an axial direction of the steerer tube. An elastic member urges the movable member to allow a second contour of the movable member to constantly touch the first contour of the fixed member, thereby preventing a stem connected to the steerer tube from overly turned and assisting to steer back.

Bicycle headset

A bicycle power meter includes a strain gauge, a signal processing unit, a processor, and a signal transmitter. The strain gauge is disposed on at least one of an outer peripheral wall and an inner peripheral wall of a handlebar of a bicycle. The signal processing unit connected to the strain gauge by signal correspondingly outputs an electrical signal based on a deformation of the handlebar detected by the strain gauge. The processor connected to the signal processing unit by signal receives the electrical signal sent by the signal processing unit and calculates a measuring value based on the electrical signal and sends the measuring value in an output signal. The signal transmitter connected to the processor by signal receives the output signal sent by the processor and converts the output signal to a wired or wireless signal and sends the wired or wireless signal to a terminal device.

Bicycle power meter

A bicycle power meter includes a strain gauge, a signal processing unit, a processor, and a signal transmitter. The strain gauge is disposed on at least one of an outer peripheral wall and an inner peripheral wall of a stem of a bicycle. The signal processing unit connected to the strain gauge by signal correspondingly outputs an electrical signal based on a deformation of the stem detected by the strain gauge. The processor connected to the signal processing unit by signal receives the electrical signal sent by the signal processing unit and calculates a measuring value based on the electrical signal and sends the measuring value in an output signal. The signal transmitter connected to the processor by signal receives the output signal sent by the processor and converts the output signal to a wired or wireless signal and sends the wired or wireless signal to a terminal device.
