A multi-fan control system is provided. A controller, within each of a plurality of time intervals, outputs a control signal including a reading command to one of a plurality of fans, and outputs a control signal including a writing command to another of the plurality of fans. The controller, within each of the plurality of time intervals, only reads operation state data of the one of the plurality of fans that receives the control signal including the reading command, and writes operation control commands respectively into the plurality of fans.

Method of fabricating patterned cellulose nanocrystal composite nanofibers and nano thin films and their applications

A system of driving and controlling a motor is provided. A main controller adjusts frequencies of all or some of pulse waves of an initial pulse width modulation signal to output a pulse width modulation signal according to instruction information. The adjusted frequency of each of the pulse waves is equal to a first preset frequency or a second preset frequency. When a motor driver drives the motor to stably rotate, the motor driver decodes each of the pulse waves having the first preset frequency into a first message and decodes each of the pulse waves having the second preset frequency into a second message. The motor driver arranges and combines all of the first messages and the second messages that are decoded from the pulse waves to obtain the instruction information. The motor driver executes an operation instructed by the instruction information.

The present disclosure provides a fluid-optical encryption system and a method thereof. The fluid-optical encryption system uses a fluid surface that changes topology over time to modulate the wave front of an electromagnetic signal in an encryption, decryption, authentication or other communication system. The electromagnetic signal can be pulsed or continuous, coherent or non-coherent, and can be optical or in another wavelength range such as micrometer or infrared. The information carrying signal is either transmitted through the fluid system or reflected off the surface of the fluid system. The fluid system time dependent change can be induced by mechanical vibration in the fluid container, distorting the fluid container, acoustic waves through the fluid, or by surface tension changes at the boundary of the fluid cause by electrowetting or electrostatic effects. The fluid surface can exhibit patterns that oscillate or change periodically, or change in a chaotic manner.

Fluid-optical encryption system and method thereof

The present invention provides a method and a fault isolation system for detecting errors in an integrated circuit. One feature of the present invention is using a movable second probe to scan and acquire an output signal through the vias or metal line structure of a diagnostic area along a detecting line, so as to find the fault location precisely, and another feature of the present invention is using a cutter in conjunction with the above method to narrow down the fault range. The cutter is used to electrically isolate the portion of diagnostic area step by step for approaching the fault location. This method can help to save a lot of analysis time and also makes the minor fault localization possible.

Fault isolation system and method for detecting faults in a circuit

The present disclosure describes the design and fabrication of a Terahertz (THz) beam steering device and a multifunctional patternless flat lens using electro-optic tunable fishnet materials (TFMM) to create a portable THz imaging system. The THz beam steering device and multifunctional patternless flat lens utilize a tunable resonant frequency of TFMM (with a negative refraction index) to achieve a maximum beam steering angle (field of view) and beam modulation. The portable THz scanning system is made by combining the TFMM beam steering device with a pair of continuous wave (CW) photomixer modules powered by two tunable CW lasers with built-in optical isolators, a fiber-optic beam combination and a multifunctional flat lens.

Terahertz imaging system using tunable fishnet metamaterials

A control system with a serial interface is provided. The control system includes a programmable database, a first driver, at least one second driver, and a controller. A data is written into the programmable database through a programming method. The first driver is coupled to the programmable database via the serial interface. The at least one second driver is coupled with the first driver. The controller is coupled with the serial interface and accordingly coupled to the programmable database and the first driver via the serial interface. The controller captures the data from the programmable database through the serial interface and adjusts parameters of the first driver and the at least one second driver according to the data.

A light plate includes a light guide plate and four light source modules. The light source modules are disposed around the light guide plate. Each of the light source modules includes a first white light emitting element and a second white light emitting element. The first white light emitting element is capable of emitting a first white beam. The second white light emitting element disposed beside the first white light emitting element is capable of emitting a second white beam. The first white light emitting elements of the light source modules are mirror-symmetrical with respect to a first reference plane and a second reference plane. The second white light emitting elements of the light source modules are mirror-symmetrical with respect to the first reference plane and the second reference plane. The correlated color temperature (CCT) of the first white beam is greater than the CCT of the second white beam.

A lighting device includes a light guide body and at least one light-emitting unit. The light guide body has a light guide channel and a local roughened surface on the light guide channel as a scattering region. The at least one light-emitting unit is capable of emitting a light into the light guide channel, wherein at least one portion of the light is guided to the scattering region, and the scattering region scatters the light as a local light source region.
