A sputtering apparatus includes a support assembly and posts. The support assembly includes an upper base, a lower base, seat members, and connection posts interconnected between the upper base and the lower base. The upper base defines cutouts. The seat members are rotatably mounted on the lower base and aligned with the cutouts. Each seat member includes a hollow receiving post, a support post moveably received in the receiving post, a lever bar pivotably connected to the receiving post, and a drive post, the drive post and the support post are coupled to opposite ends of the lever bar. Each seat member is rotatable about a longitudinal axis of the receiving post. The posts fix workpieces in place. Each post includes a rod body portion having a first end and an opposite second end, an engagement portion at the first end, and a protrusion extending from the second end.

Sputtering apparatus

A sputtering apparatus includes a support assembly and posts. The support assembly includes an upper base, a lower base, seat members, and connection posts interconnected between the upper base and the lower base. The upper base defines cutouts. The seat members are rotatably mounted on the lower base and aligned with the cutouts. Each seat member includes a hollow receiving post, a support post moveably received in the receiving post, a lever bar is pivoted to the receiving post, and a drive post, the drive post and the support post are coupled to opposite ends of the lever bar. Each seat member is rotatable about a longitudinal axis of the receiving post. The posts fix workpieces. Each post includes a rod body portion having a first end and an opposite second end, an engagement portion at the first end, and a protrusion extending from the second end.

A multilayer substrate includes a base layer, a coating layer and an intermediate layer positioned between the base layer and the coating layer. The intermediate layer contains chromium and nitrogen. A content of the chromium in the intermediate layer gradually decreases from the base layer to the coating layer.

Multilayer substrate

An optical element includes a substrate and an anti-reflective unit provided on one surface of the substrate. The anti-reflective unit includes a first coating layer, a second coating layer, a third coating layer, a fourth coating layer, and a fifth coating layer arranged on the substrate sequentially. The thickness of each of the first coating layer, the third coating layer, and the fifth coating layer is in the approximate range from 6 to 100 nanometers, and the thickness of each of the second coating layer and the fourth coating layer is in the approximate range from 10 to 200 nanometers. The first coating layer, the third coating layer, and the fifth coating layer are made of SiO, and the second coating layer and the fourth coating layer are made of TiO. The optical element can provide a high rate of light transmission.

Optical element with anti-reflection unit

A lens includes a central optical portion, a peripheral portion surrounding the central optical portion, a first ZnS coating formed on the central optical portion and the peripheral portion at one side of the lens, and a first MgFcoating formed the central optical, the peripheral portion being free of MgFcoating formed thereon. The optical thickness of the first ZnS coating is one quarter of a wavelength of predetermined light passing therethrough. The optical thickness of the first MgFcoating is one quarter of the wavelength of the predetermined light.

Optical lens

A grinding apparatus for grinding workpieces includes two clamping rods and a base. Each of the two clamping rods has a first end and an opposite second end. The first ends are opposite to each other for clamping workpieces therebetween. The base includes a receiving groove for receiving the workpieces therein and two positioning slots at opposite sides of the receiving groove. The positioning slots are aligned with each other and configured for receivingly engaging with the clamping rods to align the clamping rods with each other.
