This application discloses a database system update method, applied to a database including a first node, a second node, and a shared storage device. The method includes: The first node sends a first instruction to the second node, where the first instruction is used to request storage location information of first data in the shared storage device, and the first data is data transferred by the second node to the first node for processing; and the first node obtains first information sent by the second node, and obtains mapping information from the shared storage device based on the first information, where the mapping information indicates a storage location of the first data in the shared storage device. The method is used to improve update efficiency of the database system, and ensure that different nodes can simultaneously process different data in a shared storage device.

Database system update method and related apparatus

A storage system includes N horizontal backplanes and a first mirror backplane. Each horizontal backplane includes a first controller and a second controller on a same plane. The N first controllers and the N second controllers of the storage system form a first column and a second column in a vertical direction. The first mirror backplane is perpendicular to the horizontal backplanes, a first side of the first mirror backplane is connected to the horizontal backplanes, and a second side is connected to the controllers. A second side of the first controller has N second mirror ports and N second heartbeat ports, and a first side of the second controller has N first mirror ports and N first heartbeat ports. Wiring on the first mirror backplane includes wiring that interconnects the first mirror port of the second controller to the second mirror port of the first controller.

The method includes: acquiring multiple continuous depth image sequences of the dynamic scene, where the multiple continuous depth image sequences are captured by an array of drones equipped with depth cameras; fusing the multiple continuous depth image sequences to establish a three-dimensional reconstruction model of the dynamic scene; obtaining target observation points of the array of drones through calculation according to the three-dimensional reconstruction model and current poses of the array of drones; and instructing the array of drones to move to the target observation points to capture, and updating the three-dimensional reconstruction model according to multiple continuous depth image sequences captured by the array of drones at the target observation points.

The method, an apparatus and a system for implementing a heartbeat mechanism, so as to reduce a quantity of heartbeat responses sent by a node, and reduce unnecessary resource consumption in a distributed database system. The solution includes: obtaining, a heartbeat request sent by a first node to a second node; recording, a first moment, wherein the first moment is a moment that the heartbeat request is received; querying, according to the identity of the second node from cached information, a second moment, wherein the second moment is a moment that the switching node most recently, where the cached information stores a correspondence between a moment at which the switching node receives a message and an identity of the node; and if an absolute value of a difference between the first moment and the second moment is less than a threshold, sending a heartbeat response to the first node.

Method, apparatus, and system for implementing heartbeat mechanism

A management server may provide distribute flow control to a computer server system for providing online services to users. The computer server system includes a bus cluster, a plurality of caller systems, and a plurality of callee clusters. The management server may be configured to receive from the bus cluster health condition data of a callee cluster of the plurality of callee cluster in a first operation cycle; determine whether the callee cluster is slow or abnormal based on the health condition data in the first cycle; adjust a data flow limit in the bus cluster in a second cycle after the first cycle according to whether the callee cluster is slow or abnormal in the first cycle; and direct the bus cluster to control the data flow of the computer servers in the bus cluster in the second cycle according to the adjusted data flow limit.

The present disclosure discloses a metadata recovery method and apparatus, the method includes: searching for a target node, where the target node has been damaged or index information recorded in the target node has been lost; and recovering the index information in the target node according to index information recorded in a related node, where the related node includes a parent node and a child node that are of the target node and an adjacent node belonging to a same layer as the node, and the index information includes brother index information pointing to the adjacent node belonging to the same layer as the node, parent index information pointing to the parent node of the node, and child index information pointing to the child node of the node. The present disclosure is mainly applied to a process of virtual data recovery.
