A reflective display device includes an electrophoretic display (EPD) module, a supporting member, a first anti-reflective layer, and a color filter (CFA) layer. The EPD module includes an array substrate, a protective layer, and an electronic ink (e-ink) layer. The e-ink layer is between the array substrate and the protective layer. The supporting member has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The first anti-reflective layer is located on the first surface of the supporting member and in contact with the supporting member. The thickness of the first anti-reflective layer is &#xbc; wavelength of a visible light. The CFA layer is between the protective layer and the second surface of the supporting member.

Reflective display device

A color display apparatus includes a driving substrate, a color filter, a display layer and an adhesive. The color filter is faced to the driving substrate. The color filter includes a substrate and a filter layer, and the filter layer is disposed on the substrate and faced to the driving substrate. The display layer is disposed between the driving substrate and the color filter, and an orthographic projection of the display layer projecting on the filter layer is surrounded by a periphery boundary of the filter layer. An interval is existed between the orthographic projection of the display layer projecting on the filter layer and the periphery boundary of the filter layer. Besides, the adhesive is disposed between the display layer and the color filter, and a periphery boundary of the display layer and the periphery boundary of the filter layer are surrounded by the adhesive.

Color display apparatus

A color display apparatus includes a driving substrate, a color filter and a display layer. The driving substrate has a display region and a non-display region, and at least a first alignment mark is disposed on the non-display region. The color filter is opposite to the driving substrate. The color filter includes a substrate and a filter layer disposed on the substrate. The substrate has a first region corresponding to the display region and a second region corresponding to the non-display region. The filter layer includes color filter patterns located on the first region and at least a second alignment mark located on the second region and corresponding to the first alignment mark. The display layer is disposed between the driving substrate and the color filter. Alignment precision between the driving substrate and the color filter of the color display apparatus is improved. Besides, a color filter is also provided.

A liquid crystal display (LCD) panel including a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal layer, a photo-curable sealant, and a first light-shielding pattern is provided. The liquid crystal layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The photo-curable sealant is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, wherein the photo-curable sealant surrounds and is in contact with the liquid crystal layer. The first light-shielding pattern is disposed on the first substrate, wherein a portion of the sidewall of the first light-shielding pattern is substantially aligned with a portion of the sidewall of the first substrate, and the first light-shielding pattern is only overlapped with an outer edge of the photo-curable sealant or is not overlapped with the photo-curable sealant.

Liquid crystal display panel

An embedded touch display panel including a first substrate and a second substrate is provided. The first substrate having a displaying region and a sensing region includes a stack structure, a first conductive layer and a first alignment layer. The stack structure disposed on the first substrate within the sensing region includes a protruding structure and a first rough structure disposed on the protruding structure. The first conductive layer conformally disposed on the stack structure has a first rough surface. The first rough surface is exposed from the first alignment layer that covers the first conductive layer. The second substrate includes a second conductive layer and a second alignment layer. The second conductive layer whose position corresponds to the sensing region is disposed on the second structure. A portion of the second conductive layer corresponding to the first rough surface is exposed from the second alignment layer covering thereon.

Touch substrate of embedded touch display panel and manufacturing method thereof

An image data processing method is provided. In this method, a plurality of original pixel values of an image is input. An interpolation position of a target pixel in the image is determined. Whether the interpolation position is in a central region of an object or in a marginal region of an object is determined. A pixel value interpolation with respect to the interpolation position is performed. When the interpolation position is in the central region of an object, the pixel value interpolation is performed in a first calculation mode, and when the interpolation position is in the marginal region of an object, the pixel value interpolation is performed in a second calculation mode, wherein the first calculation mode may be a low pass filtering interpolation mode, and the second calculation mode may be a linear interpolation mode.

Image data processing method and image display apparatus

A method for fabricating a color filter substrate including the following procedures is provided. First, a substrate is provided and a color filter layer is formed thereon. Next, a plurality of sensing spacers is formed on a part of the color filter layer. Then, a planarization layer is formed to cover the color filter layer and expose the sensing spacers. Next, an electrode layer is formed to cover the planarization layer and the sensing spacers. After that, a plurality of main spacers is formed on a part of the electrode layer excluding disposing regions of the sensing spacers, wherein a step height is formed between the main spacers and the electrode layer above sensing spacers.
