The disclosure provides a voltage control device for controlling supply voltages of a power amplifier (PA). The voltage control device includes a first processing circuit to provide a first supply voltage to at least one driving stage amplifier of the PA, and a second processing circuit to provide a second supply voltage to an output stage amplifier of the PA. The first supply voltage is generated according to an average-power-tracking (APT) mechanism related to an average power level of a radio frequency (RF) signal transmitted by the PA.

A method for tuning an envelope tracking (ET) system includes: determining a setting combination from a plurality of setting available to the ET system, wherein determining the setting combination from the plurality of setting available to the ET system includes: determining, by a processing module, a first setting in a plurality of first settings included in the plurality of settings, and configuring the ET system by the first setting; and after the ET system is configured by the first setting, determining, by the processing module, a second setting in a plurality of second settings included in the plurality of settings, and configuring the ET system by the second setting. In addition, the setting combination includes the first setting and the second setting.

Method for tuning envelope tracking system and associated processing module

A notch circuit and a power amplifier module capable of reducing self-interference in a transceiver are provided. The transceiver includes a transmitter and a receiver, and the transmitter causes self-interference to the receiver. The transmitter includes a power amplifier module and the power amplifier module includes a notch circuit and a power amplifier. The notch circuit includes an inductor and a capacitor. The power amplifier amplifies an input transmission signal to generate an output transmission signal. The inductor receives a supply voltage. An amplitude of the supply voltage varies with the first input transmission signal. The capacitor is electrically connected to the inductor. The first output transmission signal (Tx_out) is attenuated when a modulated frequency of the supply voltage is corresponding to a stopband.
