An optical transceiver includes an input assembly, an output port, a fiber patch panel, multiple first optical fibers and multiple second optical fibers. The input assembly is arranged on a circuit board and has a first input port and a second input port. The fiber patch panel is arranged between the input assembly and the output port, and has multiple first fiber patch slots and multiple second fiber patch slots. The first optical fibers are connected to the first input port and the output port. The first optical fiber passes through the first fiber patch slot and the second fiber patch slot. The second optical fibers are connected to the second input port and the output port. The second optical fiber passes through the first fiber patch slot and the second fiber patch slot. The second fiber patch slot accommodates the first optical fiber and the second optical fiber.

Optical transceiver

The disclosure relates to an optical transceiver and a manufacturing method thereof. The optical transceiver includes a substrate, a thermal-conductive substrate, a first metal wiring structure, a light-transceiving element and an optical fiber array. The substrate has an opening, and the thermal-conductive substrate is embedded within the opening. The first metal wiring structure is integrally formed on the substrate and the thermal-conductive substrate through an electroplating or a wire-printing process. The light-transceiving element is disposed on the thermal-conductive substrate and is electrically connected to the first metal wiring structure. The optical fiber array is arranged on the thermal-conductive substrate for communication with the light-transceiving element.

Optical transceiver and manufacturing method thereof

Methods for flyback converters are provided. The method, adopted by a flyback converter circuit including a transformer, including: determining an output voltage output from a secondary circuit of the transformer; feeding a feedback voltage based on the output voltage from the secondary circuit back to a primary circuit of the transformer; increasing a current limit and a switching frequency of a primary current with the feedback voltage; and supplying the primary current to a primary winding of the transformer.

Power control methods for flyback converters based on the current limit and switching frequency

A galvanically-isolated device and a method for fabricating the same are provided. The galvanically-isolated device includes a lead frame including a first die-attach pad, a first lead and a second lead. A substrate is disposed on the first die-attach pad. A high-voltage semiconductor capacitor formed on the substrate includes an interconnection structure. The interconnection structure includes an inter-metal dielectric layer structure. A first plate, a second plate and a third plate are formed on the inter-metal dielectric layer structure, separated from each other. The first plate, the second plate and a first portion of the inter-metal dielectric layer structure are composed of a first capacitor. The first plate, the third plate and a second portion of the inter-metal dielectric layer structure are composed of a second capacitor connected in series with the first capacitor.

Galvanically-isolated device and method for fabricating the same

A flyback converter with primary side and secondary side feedback control includes a transformer, a secondary-side feedback unit and a feedback control unit. The secondary-side feedback unit is electrically connected to a secondary winding of the transformer and comprises an isolated signal transceiver device and an error amplifier. The feedback control unit is electrically connected to an auxiliary winding of the transformer and operatively connected to the isolated signal transceiver device. When the flyback converter is operated in heavy load conditions, the feedback control unit receives a secondary feedback control signal sent from the isolated signal transceiver device for feedback control. When the flyback converter is operated in light load conditions, the feedback control unit receives a primary feedback control signal sensed by the auxiliary winding for feedback control.

Flyback converter with primary side and secondary side feedback control and method for the same

A flyback converter system and feedback controlling apparatus and method of operating the same are disclosed. The feedback controlling apparatus for the flyback converter system includes a primary feedback loop unit for generating a primary feedback signal, and a secondary feedback loop unit for generating a secondary feedback signal, a loop selector. In light-load conditions, the loop selector supplies the primary feedback signal to a PWM controller for feedback control, and the secondary feedback loop unit is disabled by a power monitor to save electrical energy.

Flyback converter system and feedback controlling apparatus and method for the same

The invention provides a switching system. The switching system comprises an H bridge, a current router, and a control circuit. The H bridge comprises a first switch and a second switch coupled to a first output node and a third switch and a fourth switch coupled to a second output node, wherein a load is coupled between the first output node and the second output node. The current router comprises a first shunt switch and a second shunt switch coupled between the first output node and the second output node. The control circuit generates a first control signal to control the first switch and the fourth switch, generates a second control signal to control the second switch and the third switch, generates a third control signal to control the first shunt switch, and generates a fourth control signal to control the second shunt switch.
