Disclosed is a method for inducing orderly arrangement by means of polymer crystallization, and the use thereof in preparing a composite film. Firstly, monodisperse PS-DVB nano-microspheres of different sizes are prepared by means of soap-free emulsion polymerization; the PS-DVB nano-microspheres prepared above are used as raw material, and PEG aqueous solutions with different concentrations are added to induce an orderly arrangement of the nano-microspheres by means of solution-state PEG crystallization; and characterized by using scanning electron microscopy and polarizing microscopy. The method is simple in terms of operation and is widely applicable. By further modifying the orderly arrangement of the nano-microspheres, the composite material can be applied to different fields. The replacement of a substrate for crystalline polymer which inducing the orderly arrangement of the nano-microspheres enables the nano-composite material to become a thin film material or a bulk material modified and reinforced by the nano-microspheres.

Disclosed are a fluorine-silicon-containing polyphosphate ester and method for preparation thereof, having a chemical structural formula of: wherein Ris Ris n=10&#x2dc;100. The fluorine-silicon-containing polyphosphate ester of the present invention uses silicon phosphorus and fluorine for improving flame retardancy. Phosphorus catalyzes the system to form a phosphorus-rich carbon layer, performing a protective-layer function and thereby preventing further breakdown of the epoxy resin. The silicon-containing epoxy resin forms a silica-containing carbon layer during the process of combustion, strengthening the carbon-layer structure and further improving the protective function of the carbon-layer. The introduction of elemental fluorine improves the thermal stability of the epoxy resin, thereby improving the flame retardancy performance of the system.

Disclosed are a preparation method of a phosphorus-nitrogen-silicon-containing polymeric flame retardant and application thereof. The chemical structure of the polymeric flame retardant is wherein m=10&#x2dc;100, n=10&#x2dc;100. The synergistic flame-retardant effect between the phosphorus, nitrogen, and silicon in the phosphorus-nitrogen-silicon-containing polymeric flame retardant increases the flame retardancy of epoxy resin.

Phosphorus-nitrogen-silicon-containing polymeric flame retardant and preparation method and application thereof

Disclosed are a phosphaphenanthrene-structure reactive flame retardant and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises: enabling 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO), p-hydroxy benzaldehyde (4-HBA), and 5-aminomethyl-1,3-diphenyl-1,3,5-diphosphonitryl heterocycles to react under a certain condition to obtain the reactive flame retardant with a benzene ring rigid structure containing polyhydroxy. Compared with an ordinary flame retardant, the phosphaphenanthrene-structure reactive flame retardant has the characteristics that polyfunctionality is achieved, the molecular structure is stable, the hydrolysis resistance is better, and less migration in epoxy resin, moreover, the flame retardant property of the epoxy resin can be remarkably improved.

Preparation method of phosphaphenanthrene-structure reactive flame retardant and application thereof

The present invention provides a method for preparing high-strength cross-linked polymer photonic crystal film by core-shell polymer microspheres via evaporation-induced self assembly. Monodispersed core-shell polymer microspheres are fabricated by emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization, and then the microspheres emulsion is coated onto suitable substrates. Finally, polymer photonic crystal film with long-range ordered is constructed via self assembly. Self-cross-linking between the two units improves the strength of the polymer photonic crystal film, therefore the preparation of large size industrial-grade photonic crystal film is practicable which extends its application on the field of dyeing.

The present invention provides a kind of inherent flame retardant rigid polyurethane foam. The production formula comprises 100 to 105 pbw of polyether polyol and reactive phosphorus-containing flame retardant, 2.5 to 3.5 pbw of amine catalyst, 0.8 to 2.5 pbw of tertiary amine catalyst, 0.8 to 2.5 pbw of foam stabilizer, 0.5 to 1.5 pbw of blowing agent, 135 to 150 pbw of isocyanates, and 0.05 to 0.1 pbw of organo-metallic catalyst, wherein the reactive phosphorus-containing flame retardant is 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-4-hydroxybenzyl alcohol. The active monomers containing flame retarding elements are introduced into main chain and side chain of PU for modification, which permanently improves the flame retardancy of PU without obvious effect on other performance of PU matrix.
