A mounting device and system for holding a camera or tool on a surface or a tripod. A camera holder has an upper panel that folds open to expose an adhesive surface on an upper panel to adhere to a wall, while the bottom panel holds metal objects, such as a camera or tools that will attach to a magnetic surface. A tripod adapter for mounting the camera holder has a pocket designed to match the shape of the camera holder for mounting, while leaving the front surface of the camera holder exposed for attachment of the camera. A flexible wraparound silicon or rubber camera adapter or grip can be attached to the camera holder to hold the camera through an elastic grip, rather than magnetic or adhesive means of attachment.

Holding assembly for a camera

A holding assembly for a camera, such as a smartphone, which may be hung from a wide variety of surfaces to position the camera for taking pictures that include the camera's user. The length of a rod at which the end of the camera may be attached is adjustable to set the camera at the appropriate height. The adjustable rod has a handle at one end and may have a C-shaped hook adjacent to the handle. At the other end of the assembly is a mount for the camera. Alternatively, the holding assembly may fold open to attach the camera to one section and the support surface to another section. The holding assembly may be attached to the support surface on an upper section by a sticky gel that doesn't damage a surface and the camera may be attached to the lower section with magnets or gel.

A holding assembly for a picture taking device such as a smartphone or camera, which holding assembly may be hung from various surfaces to position the picture taking device at eye level, the holding assembly including variable length rigid support having first and second ends, which variable length rigid support may be readily locked in various positions of length adjustment, the one end of the variable length rigid support being provided with a griping surface which may act as a handle, a C-shaped hook which extends upwardly from the first end of the variable length rigid support, and a removable ball joint assembly carried by the second end of the variable length rigid support, which ball joint assembly may receive the picture taking device.

The present invention relates to an elongated camera support which may extend between the hand of the user and the camera, and more particularly to such a camera support wherein a rubber-like bumper is provided adjacent the back of the camera to permit the user of the camera to place the camera against a wall or the like for support when taking pictures.

A drink mixer which may be used by children as well as by adults to mix a liquid with a wide variety of ingredients including air, other liquids, or solids, which may be comminuted during mixing. The device consists of four major components or assemblies, these being a tapered cylindrical container (,), a container top assembly (,), a handle assembly (,), and a mixing disk (,) carried by the handle assembly. The parts are so designed so that the mixing disk may be pushed down repeatedly by the handle assembly to mix the liquid within the container with other ingredients, an internal spring returning the mixing disk to its raised position. The container top assembly is secured to the container is a liquid tight manner, the container top assembly having a pour spout which may be covered tightly. A part (,) which changes color when the contents change temperature may be incorporated into the mixer.

Novelty jewelry in the form of sets of jewelry items which may be sold in pairs, at least one jewelry item being provided with an electrical display which will become operational when the two jewelry items are placed together. In one embodiment the novelty jewelry comprises first and second finger rings (14), at least one of which is provided with an electrical display such as a lamp (18) and a normally open electrical circuit interconnected with the electrical display. At least one of the first and second jewelry items is provided with a battery (24), or other source of electrical current. Operation of the electrical display is initiated by bringing the two jewelry items together.

Novelty jewelry

A composite, ready-to-use, do-it-yourself tie-dyeing kit (10) for producing a washable dyed pattern on an article of clothing (14) so that the user of the kit may learn the art and craft of tie-dyeing without ruining or consuming articles of clothing or fabric in the process and will be able to create designs and redo until satisfied with the results. The kit includes instructions (22), and a plurality of containers (18), each of which contains a liquid washable non-toxic dye (19), which dyes may dye a fabric at room temperature, and which washable dyes may be substantially completely washed out of the fabric by the user. The tie-dyeing kit further includes one or more ready-to-dye fabric garments (14) to which the washable dyes will adhere until the garment is washed out, and a device (20) for tying the garment while it is being dyed. The tying device is preferably a twist tie (20.1) or a clip (20.2). A child's toy such as a teddy bear (12) is preferably included in the kit, the garments being of a size which may be worn by the teddy bear.

Tie-dyeing kit

A slide projector assembly provided with novel slides which may be drawn upon and/or associated with a sound track specific to the slide being projected. The slides may be blank or have line drawings in which cases the slides may be drawn upon. In addition slides, either of the type set forth above, or of a more or less conventional photographic slide design, may be provided with unique machine readable slide identification means. A housing, which includes slide projection means, is also provided with slide identification reading means so that when a slide is placed in the slide receiving means of the slide projection means a recognition signal will be transmitted. This signal will be received by an audio recording and playback means which may initiate either the playing of a sound track or may set a flag at the beginning of a sound track which is to be recorded.

A game apparatus which resembles a shooting gallery, the apparatus including a gun (10) for projecting an electromagnetic beam such as an infrared light beam (22) and a target assembly (12) which includes a plurality of targets (82). Normally the targets are not visible, being concealed behind a two-way mirror (80), but during the operation of the game first one and then another target will become visible for a brief period of time as each target is illuminated by an illumination device (84), there being one illuminating device for each target. Each target has associated with it a beam receiver (86). If the electromagnetic beam strikes a target when it is illuminated, the associated beam receiver will cause a score to be registered due to the operation of additional electronics associated with the target assembly. The target assembly includes a case which has a base portion (46) and a movable portion (48) hinged to the base, the movable portion supporting the plurality of targets, and the base portion capable of being supported on a table top or the like so that a player P may play the game when either sitting or standing.
