A fence post mount device comprising: a base having at least one cavity; a first universal collet having a plurality of collet legs attached to each other through at least one of a plurality of separation notches, wherein a distal end of the first universal collet is inserted into the cavity from a proximal end of the base; a first cap nut inserted into the first universal collet; a post inserted into the cavity of the base; a full thread nut threaded into the first cap nut from a distal end of the base through an opening, wherein each of the plurality of separation notches are broken when the full thread nut is tightened into the first cap nut and each of the collet legs of the first universal collet deforms an inner wall of the post such that the post is securely locked within the cavity of the base.

Fence post flush mount

A railing system includes an upper rail and a lower rail spaced from the upper rail. The railing system also includes a plurality of balusters positioned between the upper rail and the lower rail. The railing system further includes a clip configured to attach one baluster of the plurality of balusters to the lower rail or the upper rail. The clip includes a baluster engagement portion configured to be received within an open end of the one baluster. The clip further includes a tab extending from the baluster engagement portion. The tab includes a fin portion configured to be inserted within one aperture of a plurality of apertures of the upper rail or the lower rail. The tab also includes a spring portion coupled to the fin portion. The spring portion is configured to secure the clip to the upper rail or the lower rail.

Spring action clip for balusters

A framing system includes a corner bracket having a first planar portion and a second planar portion. The first planar portion and the second planar portion are configured to at least partially receive a corner post therebetween. The corner bracket also includes a first attachment portion and a second attachment portion. The first attachment portion is attachable to a first joist of a deck. The second attachment portion is attachable to a second joist of the deck. The framing system also includes a corner profile attachable to the corner bracket and the corner post. The framing system further includes at least one horizontal profile attachable to the corner profile. The framing system also includes at least one panel attachable to the corner profile.

Framing system and method of assembly thereof

A fence assembly includes a post anchored to a solid surface. The assembly also includes a bracket mounted on a coupling surface of the post. The assembly further includes a rail secured to the bracket. The rail includes a core member. The core member further includes an upper surface, a lower surface opposite to the upper surface, and a pair of opposite lateral sides extending between the upper surface and the lower surface. The rail also includes a pair of flanges extending along the upper surface, each of the pair of flanges located on a corresponding opposite lateral side of the core member. The assembly also includes a deck board including a lower surface, wherein the upper surface of the core member of the rail and the pair of flanges of the rail are configured to support the lower surface of the deck board.

Combination bracket and rail for mounting a deck board

A railing attachment clip to couple a guardrail to a rail topper, the clip including left and right portions with respective surfaces contoured to match the guardrail and the rail topper, and a central portion laterally coupled to the left and right portion. The central portion separates the left and right portions by a fixed distance. The matching contoured surfaces determine a position of the railing attachment clip on the guardrail, and determine a position of the rail topper on the railing attachment clip. In some embodiments, the central portion is removed after the railing attachment clip is attached to the guardrail, but before the rail topper is attached to the railing attachment clip.

Rail top attachment clip and method

A railing and baluster plug system that facilitates installation of balusters at a plurality of angular orientations, such as installations for level railing and installations for non-level or angled railings such as for stairs. The baluster plugs are configured to cooperate with the balusters and include both a level mounting surface and an angled mounting surface for alternatively mounting the balusters in a level or an angled orientation.
