A laundry center may include a washing machine appliance, a dryer appliance, and a dispensing assembly. The dryer appliance may be vertically-aligned with the washing machine appliance. The dispensing assembly may be disposed between the washing machine appliance and the dryer appliance. The dispensing assembly may include a flexible hose and a dispensing nozzle. The flexible hose may extend between a water supply and a region above the washing machine appliance. The flexible hose may be movable between an extended position and a retracted position. The dispensing nozzle may be fluidly coupled to the flexible hose for selectively dispensing water from the water supply.

A top-loading washing machine appliance with a pivoted faucet mounted on the underside of the lid of the washing machine appliance is provided herein. The washing machine appliance may include a cabinet, a tub positioned within the cabinet, a wash basket, a lid, a position sensor, and a faucet mounted to the lid. The position sensor may be operable to sense whether the lid is in the closed position or the open position. The faucet may be mounted to the lid with a pivotable joint such that the faucet may pivot between a retracted position and an extended position. The retracted position of the faucet may be such that the faucet does not extend within the wash basket when the lid is in the closed position. The extended position of the faucet may be such that the outlet of the faucet is over the wash basket when the lid is in the open position.

A washing machine appliance is provided herein. The washing machine appliance may include a cabinet, a tub, a wash basket, a lid, and a nozzle assembly. The tub may be positioned within the cabinet. The wash basket may be rotatably mounted within the tub and define a wash chamber. The lid may be rotatably mounted to the cabinet above the wash basket. The nozzle assembly may be mounted in part within the lid. The nozzle assembly may include an extendable nozzle and a retractable fluid supply conduit. The extendable nozzle may be movable between a retracted position at which the extendable nozzle is held on the lid and an extended position in which the extendable nozzle is spaced apart from the lid. The retractable fluid supply conduit may be selectively wound on the lid in the retracted position.

A lint cleaning assembly for a dryer appliance includes a vacuum aperture defined in a cabinet of the dryer appliance to allow a robotic vacuum cleaner to drive into the cabinet. A lint filter collects lint within a trap duct during operation and a lint collection duct extends from the trap duct to a vacuum docking station. The vacuum docking station is positioned within the cabinet for docking the robotic vacuum cleaner, fluidly coupling the robotic vacuum cleaner to the lint collection duct for lint removal, and/or charging the batteries of the robotic vacuum cleaner.

The tray may define a first aperture and a second aperture, and the cup may also define an aperture. Further, the cup may be movable to a first position and a second position. In the second position, the aperture defined by the cup may be in fluid communication with the second aperture.

An apparatus for breaking ice clumps in a refrigerator. The apparatus includes an ice storage bin, an axle rotatably supported by an ice storage bin, an actuator operatively coupled to the axle and an ice breaker operatively coupled to the actuator. The ice breaker moves in a reciprocal manner upon the driving of the axle and the actuator. Such reciprocal movement of the ice breaker breaks ice clumps in the storage bin.

At least a first sealing member is located at the air supply, the air return, the air inlet, and/or the air outlet. The at least first sealing member includes a first membrane with a slit formed therein, and a first projecting member. The slit and the first projecting member are configured and dimensioned such that the slit is closed when the door is in an open position and that the slit is opened when the door is in a closed position.

An ice storage bin and an icemaker apparatus are disclosed. The ice storage bin has a body for defining an ice collection cavity and a channel surrounding at least a substantial portion of the body for permitting fluid flow through the channel. The icemaker apparatus is disposed in a fresh food compartment of a refrigerator. The icemaker apparatus has an ice maker, above the ice storage bin, and an icemaking compartment for accommodating the ice maker and the ice storage bin.

A method of forming ice in a refrigerator is disclosed. The method includes cooling a first storage compartment to a first temperature, cooling a second storage compartment to a second temperature, cooling an interior volume defined in a door to a third temperature, wherein the door permits and impedes access to the second storage compartment, operating a fan disposed in the interior volume to circulate cool air through the interior volume, and cooling water to form ice in the interior volume.

An ice producing apparatus for a refrigerator is disclosed. The apparatus includes a door configured to permit and prohibit access to an interior volume of a storage compartment of the refrigerator, the door defining therein a door interior volume; a fan disposed in the door interior volume; and a mold disposed in the door interior volume and configured to receive water and to retain the water during freezing of the water into ice.

A first evaporator is disposed in a first evaporator compartment and is configured to provide cool air to the first interior volume. The cabinet for a front serviceable appliance includes a pair of side panels with a lower and an upper support extending between their lower and upper front corners respectively. Tab and slot arrangements mount a front panel on the lower support for pivotal movement between a first position, juxtaposed to the side panels, and a second position, angled away from the side panels. A plurality of locking clips secure a top flange of the front panel to the upper support. A top panel is spaced above the top of the front panel sufficiently for access by a tool to release the front panel from the upper support. Pin and slot arrangements align the front panel with the side panels.
