Methods, storage mediums, and systems for image data processing are provided. Methods and systems for image data processing

A system for controlling an electronic lock of a remote device is disclosed. The system includes an input unit configured to receive a user code. The system includes a lock controller connected to the input unit and configured to transmit the user code to a power distribution unit. The system includes a memory configured to store a user access table of user codes associated with users having access to the remote device. The power distribution unit is configured to determine whether the user code is in the user access table. The power distribution unit is configured to communicate, to the lock controller, an indication to unlock the electronic lock when the user code is in the table of user codes.

An apparatus, system, and method for increasing measurement accuracy in imaging cytometry. The system may include a light detector configured to measure light emitted by a particle in response to a first light source, and processor coupled to the light detector. The processor may be configured create a first image by taking a first measurement of light and create a second image by interpolating the first image, where the second image has higher resolution than the first image. The processor may be configured to determine a difference between pixels of the second image and an expected distribution and discard the first measurement of light if the difference is above a predetermined threshold.

Apparatus, system, and method for increasing measurement accuracy in a particle imaging device using light distribution

A flow cytometer is provided which includes an interrogation flow cell and a plurality of assay fluidic lines extending into the interrogation flow cell. A method of operating such a flow cytometer includes priming the interrogation flow cell with a sheath fluid and injecting different assay fluids into a flow of the sheath fluid through the plurality of fluidic lines. A fluidic line assembly is provided which includes a plurality of capillary tubes coupled to a base section configured for coupling to an interrogation flow cell assembly of a flow cytometer. The capillary tubes are dimensionally configured such that when the fluidic line assembly is arranged within the flow cytometer and fluid is dispensed from one or more of the capillary tubes at a given pressure differential with respect to an encompassing sheath fluid within the interrogation flow cell the fluid is substantially centrally aligned within the interrogation flow cell.

An apparatus, system, and method for increasing measurement accuracy in imaging cytometry. The system may include a light detector configured to measure light emitted by a first particle and light emitted by a second particle, where the measured light from the second particle at least partially overlaps the measured light from the first particle in an overlap region. Additionally, the system may include a processor coupled to the light detector, where the processor is configured to determine a contribution of light from the first particle in the overlap region and determine a contribution of light from the second particle in the overlap region. The processor may also be configured to subtract the contribution of light from the second particle from the contribution of light from the first particle and determine the intensity of light emitted by the first particle.
