A novel puck and cover assembly and method for retaining the contents of a container, such as a prescription bottle, during processing and order-filling operations. The puck and cover assembly allows access to the opening of a container when required to perform operations, and automatically returns to cover the opening of a container when operations are completed, to prevent loss of any container contents.

Method and apparatus for retaining contents in a conveyed container

A system for cleaning clogged orifices of a fluid head includes both apparatus and method by which reverse flow of a cleaning solution is combined with providing the vibrational energy of an ultrasonic frequency generator to the fluid head. A liquid pump and a filter interconnect between the input terminal of a fluid head to be cleaned and the input to the cleaning chamber of the apparatus so that a liquid cleaning solution reverse flushes the clogged fluid head, while the ultrasonic frequency generator is providing vibrational energy to break loose stubborn clogs.

An apparatus and system for wet/dry and other processing of manufactured articles. Belts mounted on pulleys provide support while minimally contacting article surfaces for maximum exposure to chemical, radiation, or other wet/dry processing treatments.

Parts processing system with notched conveyor belt transport

An improved conveyor is provided which has a plurality of rotatable shafts with a plurality of first disc rollers mounted on each of the shafts for rotation therewith. The first disc rollers are located at a first location on each of the shafts and are spaced from each other at at least a distance X on the shaft. The disc rollers on adjacent shafts are spaced from the disc rollers on each adjacent shaft and are adapted to support and transport a flat product having a width of at least about 2X. A plurality of second rollers are mounted on each of the shafts for rotation therewith at a second location on the shafts. Preferably, each of the second rollers has a length of at least about 2X and preferably a circumference substantially equal to that of the disc rollers. Thus, the second rollers are adapted to support a flat panel product having a width less than about 2X. The conveyor can support and transport both wide and narrow panels and, in some instances, can support both wide and narrow panels at the same time. In one embodiment, the second rollers are provided with edge guides to track the narrow panels thereon.
