A license plate holder is provided. The license plate holder includes a frame that has a front surface that is flat. The frame is configured for being attached to a vehicle. A retaining member is present and is carried by the frame. The retaining member is configured for being shaped by a user so as to be capable of contacting a license plate to retain the license plate to the frame. The retaining member is also configured for being shaped by a user to allow the license plate to be removed from the frame.

License plate holder

Ferroelectric PbZr T O (PZT) thin films are deposited on Pt coated Si substrates by using RF magnetron sputtering. A method for obtaining desirable stoichiometric PZT, the desired ferroelectric perovskite phase, and better dielectric properties using a PZT target with Pb/(Zr&plus;Ti) ratio of 1.2 and depositing at 350&deg; C., followed by thermal treatment at 620&deg; C. for 30 min is disclosed. The structural and electrical properties of the PZT layer were further improved by a method of fabricating a novel multi-layer structure which combined the PZT thin film with nanolayers of BaTiO . The method and device of the present invention provided reduced leakage current density while maintaining high relative effective dielectric constants.

Thin film capacitor and method of manufacture

Ferroelectric PbZr.sub.x T.sub.1-x O.sub.3 (PZT) thin films are deposited on Pt coated Si substrates by using RF magnetron sputtering. Thin film capacitor

The engine generator set has an internal combustion engine and an alternator in a main compartment. Two separate cooling air streams independently cool the internal combustion engine and alternator. The independent air streams are then intermixed in the main compartment and used to cool the engine exhaust system and gases. Heat sensitive components are segregated from the heat generating components. Cooling air is drawn over the heat sensitive components maintaining them at nearly ambient temperature.

Enclosed engine generator set

The invention relates to a method for forming a high capacitance thin film capacitor comprising forming layers of dielectric material in amorphous, nanocrystalline and polycrystalline configuration and arranging the resulting layers between upper and lower electrodes. The invention further comprises dielectric articles such as capacitors formed in accordance with the method of the invention and includes their use in an electronic circuit.

Nanocrystalline layer thin film capacitors

The invention relates to a method for forming a high capacitance thin film capacitor comprising forming an amorphous layer of a dielectric material on the surface of a polycrystalline layer of said dielectric material and arranging the resulting double layer between upper and lower electrodes. The invention further comprises dielectric articles such as capacitors formed in accordance with the method of the invention and includes their use in an electronic circuit.

Thin film capacitors

Photoconductive organic polymers useful in the preparation of photodetectors and photoconductive devices comprise a transrich polyphenylacetylene. The photoconductive properties may be further enhanced by the addition of an electron-acceptor dopant, and sensitized to selected spectral regions by the addition of a selected dye.
