A camera is configured for use with a removable camera lens cover, which can be secured to or removed from the camera by a user without the use of a tool set. The mechanism which allows the lens cover to be secured to and removed from the camera includes a set of wires embedded into the lens cover and a set of wedges protruding from the lens wall of the camera. To secure the lens cover to the camera, the lens cover is placed onto the front of the camera and rotated until the wires align with corresponding wedges, securing the wires underneath the tapered surface of the wedges. To remove the lens cover from the camera, a force is applied outward and normal to the lens cover, causing the wires to flex outward and enabling the rotation and removal of the lens cover from the camera.

A device housing comprises a front panel, a back panel, and a support structure. The front panel further comprises at least one threaded interface position on an edge of the front panel. The back panel further comprises at least one securing interface positioned on an edge of the back panel. The support structure is configured to mount the front panel and the back panel. The support structure further comprises a slot configured to couple the threaded interface on the front panel and a securing to configured to couple the securing interface on the back panel.

Input devices and methods for charging input devices are disclosed. A stylus input device has a tip configured to interact with a touch computing device and a body connected to the tip. The stylus has a nozzle housing between its body and tip, electrical components, and an internal rechargeable power source. The internal power source can store power received via a connection between an external power source and a conductive surface on the nozzle housing and supply power to the stylus' electrical components. A method for charging a stylus determines whether power is being received via an electrical connection between a conductive surface on a nozzle of the stylus and an external power source and then determines an amount of power stored in the stylus' battery. If the stylus is receiving power from the external power source and the battery is not fully charged, the method charges the rechargeable battery.

A stylus and sensor capable of determining levels of pressure applied to a tip are disclosed. The stylus has a tip configured to interact with and receive a force from a touch surface. The stylus includes a force sensitive resistor configured to vary resistance in an electrical circuit based on the force and a component for determining an amount of pressure corresponding to the force or a change in pressure based on the resistance in the electrical circuit. The stylus can have a chamber housing a slide-able plunger connected to the tip, the plunger being adapted to move in directions perpendicular or tangential to the surface when the force is applied. The resistor is disposed at an end of the chamber. The stylus can have a conductive strip on the resistor and a disc on the strip. The disc is configured to compress when force is applied by the plunger.
