An electric inertia control device of this testing system generates a torque current command signal in such a way that a dynamometer behaves as an inertial body having a prescribed set inertia Jset. The electric inertia control device includes: a target speed setting unit for generating a target speed signal on the basis of a shaft torque detection signal and the set inertia; a speed controller for generating a feedback input signal on the basis of a difference signal between the target speed signal and a speed detection signal; and a feed-forward controller for generating a feed-forward input signal on the basis of the shaft torque detection signal. The feed-forward controller generates the feed-forward input signal by combining the shaft torque detection signal, multiplied by a first feed-forward gain Kff, and an integrated value of the shaft torque detection signal, multiplied by a second feed-forward gain Kfi.

Testing system

Provided is a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet having a resin layer on a substrate or a release material, at least a surface (&#x3b1;) of the resin layer being opposite to the side thereof on which the substrate or the release material is provided has pressure sensitive adhesiveness, wherein one or more concave portions exist on the surface (&#x3b1;), and a standard deviation (&#x3c3;) based on a mean brightness value of the surface (&#x3b1;) is 10.0 or more. When attached to an adherend, the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet can readily remove air accumulation to be formed and therefore exhibits excellent air escape property, and has good pressure sensitive adhesion characteristics.

Adhesive sheet

A hard coat film which comprises a substrate and a hard coat layer, wherein the hard coat layer is formed by applying on the substrate with a curable composition containing a photocurable substance and an oligomer type photopolymerization initiator and then curing by light irradiation to the applied curable composition. The hard coat film is excellent in the adhesion property between the hard coat layer and the substrate after heat treatment, and can restrain the gases generated in heat treatment.

Hard coat film

An anti-glare hard coat film having a hard coat layer which has a thickness of 0.5 to 20 .mu.m and comprises a cured product of an ultraviolet-curing resin and agglomerates of colloidal silica particles formed with an amine compound can be obtained by coating a plastic film with a hard coat material which comprises 100 parts by weight of the ultraviolet-curing resin, 1 to 30 parts by weight as silica particles of a dispersion of colloidal silica particles, and 0.05 to 5 parts by weight of the amine compound, drying the hard coat material, and curing the dried hard coat material by irradiation of ultraviolet light. The anti-glare hard coat film has excellent surface hardness and anti-glare property and provides excellent visibility when the film is used for various types of displays.
