An ultrasonic diagnosing device is provided, which accurately grasps a state of a detected part even in a case of analyzing the state of the detected part in a percutaneous manner. The ultrasonic diagnosing device includes a level assigning module configured to assign an echo intensity to one of a plurality of levels of echo intensities, the echo intensity being an intensity of each of echo signals respectively corresponding to positions in an area-of-interest, and a characteristic amount calculating module configured to calculate, by targeting two or more of samples having the echo intensities assigned to the plurality of levels by the level assigning module, characteristic amounts indicating a characteristic of the area-of-interest, based on a combination of the echo intensities of the two or more of the samples, the two or more of the samples having a given positional relationship with each other.

Program, method and device for ultrasonic diagnosis

An ultrasonic diagnosing device is provided for diagnosing a state of a to-be-examined part based on echo signals caused by ultrasonic signals. The device includes a container body containing liquid and capable of coming in close contact with a to-be-examined body, an ultrasonic wave penetrating part having ultrasonic penetrability and covering an opening formed in the container body, a probe having an ultrasonic wave transmitting part configured to transmit the ultrasonic signals, and a drive mechanism configured to move the probe inside the container body and change a position of the ultrasonic wave transmitting part. The probe being soaked in the liquid inside the container body in a state where the ultrasonic wave transmitting part is separated from the ultrasonic wave penetrating part, and the ultrasonic signals being transmitted to the to-be-examined body through the liquid and the ultrasonic wave penetrating part by the ultrasonic wave transmitting part.

Ultrasonic diagnosing device

To accurately detect a shape and derive information of cartilage based on detected echoes, an ultrasonic diagnosing device includes an ultrasonic transmitter, an ultrasonic receiver, a low-frequency component extracting module, and a deriving module. The ultrasonic transmitter transmits ultrasonic waves to a cartilage in a plurality of bent states, in a state where a relative position of a wave transmitting and receiving surface to the cartilage is fixed. The ultrasonic receiver receives echo signals corresponding to respective frames in each of the plurality of bent states. The low-frequency component extracting module extracts, in a frame direction, low-frequency echo data which is echo data of a frequency component below a given frequency. The deriving module derives information of the cartilage based on the low-frequency echo data.

Method and device for ultrasonic diagnosis

This disclosure provides an ultrasonic bone analyzing device, which includes a transmission module for transmitting an ultrasonic signal into the inside of a living body from an outer skin of the living body, a reception module for receiving an echo signal that is a reflection wave of the transmitted ultrasonic signal from the inside of the living body, and an analyzing module for generating analysis data indicative of a state of a cartilage using an amplitude value of an echo signal from the inside of the cartilage obtained from between a cartilage surface and a subchondral bone among the received echo signals.
