There is provided a co-injection-molded multilayer structure having a barrier layer and outer layers laminated on both sides of the barrier layer, wherein the barrier layer is made of a resin composition comprising an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A) and an alkali metal salt (B) of a higher fatty acid having a melting point of 250&#xb0; C. or lower; a content of the alkali metal salt (B) in the barrier layer is 50 to 1500 ppm in terms of metal atoms; and the outer layers are made of a resin composition comprising an unmodified polypropylene (E) and a maleic anhydride-modified polypropylene (F) having a lower melt viscosity than that of the unmodified polypropylene (E). Although it has no adhesive layers, the co-injection-molded multilayer structure exhibits excellent adhesiveness between the barrier layer made of an EVOH resin composition and the outer layer made of a polypropylene resin composition.

Provided is a resin composition, comprising: an isobutylene-based copolymer (A) containing a halogen atom; an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (B); and a halogen scavenger (C), wherein a mass ratio (B/A) of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (B) to the isobutylene-based copolymer (A) containing a halogen atom is from 20/80 to 50/50, and a content of the halogen scavenger (C) is from 0.01 to 1 part by mass based on 100 parts by mass of a total of the isobutylene-based copolymer (A) containing a halogen atom and the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (B). Such a resin composition is excellent in gas barrier properties and flexibility and stably produced over a long period of time.

A resin composition according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A); and a block copolymer (B) having a block (b1) that includes a vinyl aromatic monomer unit, and a block (b2) that includes an isobutylene unit, wherein the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A) and the block copolymer (B) form a co-continuous phase structure; and a DSC curve obtained following heating the resin composition up to a melting point and cooling at a rate of 50&#xb0; C./min in a differential scanning calorimetry analysis shows two peaks, with a higher peak top temperature falling within a range of 130&#xb0; C. or greater and 170&#xb0; C. or less, and a lower peak top temperature falling within a range of 100&#xb0; C. or greater and less than 130&#xb0; C.
