A folding chair assembly having a seat framework and a backrest framework arranged in an X-frame arrangement. The backrest framework is joined to the seat framework at pivot joints. The seat framework and the backrest framework can move about the pivot joints between an open configuration and a folded configuration. Frame extensions are provided that are joined to the backrest frame with hinge joints. The hinge joints enable the frame extensions to be folded about the hinge joints between a first position, where said frame extensions abut against the backrest framework, and a second position, where the frame extensions extend away from the backrest framework and increase its effective length.

An armrest assembly for use on a folding chair. The armrest assembly has a molded plastic body with a top surface and an underside. A leg joint receptacle is present on the underside of the molded plastic body. The leg joint receptacle has two parallel walls, wherein a leg joint from the folding chair is received between the two parallel walls. A bottle opener is provided. The bottle opener has a base and a head section that extends from the base. The base is mounted to the underside of the molded plastic body, wherein the base directly contacts a wall of the leg joint receptacle. The wall of the leg joint receptacle reinforces the bottle opener, therein accommodating the significant forces that are transferred through the bottle opener when the bottle opener is used to open a bottle.

A folding lounge chair that is selectively configurable between an open configuration and a folded configuration. The folding lounge chair has a seat section, a backrest section, and a leg support section. A first leg assembly and a second leg assembly are both pivotably connected to the seat section. The two leg assemblies are folded into a common plane that is flush against the seat section when the lounge chair is in its folded configuration. Shoulder straps are anchored to the seat section. The shoulder straps can be selectively opened between ends. This enables the shoulder straps to pass over the leg assemblies when in the folded configuration and pass under both the leg assemblies when the folding lounge chair is in the open configuration.

A folding table assembly having both a tabletop and legs that fold into smaller sizes. The tabletop has a main panel, a first side flap panel, and a second side flap panel. The side flap panels are joined to the main panel with hinge connections. The hinge connections enable the side flap panels to rotate from open positions that are coplanar with the main panel to folded positions that are under the main panel. The folding legs are coupled to the side flap panels. The folding legs can move between extended positions, where the legs support the tabletop, and retracted positions, where the legs are folded flush against the side flap panels. This enables the legs to fold flush against the side flap panels so that the legs are interposed between the main panel and the two side panels.

A chair assembly that contains both an auxiliary leg and at least one rear pocket that extend from the rear of the backrest. The chair assembly has a seat and a leg framework that supports the seat at a predetermined elevation. A backrest is provided that is adjustable between a generally vertical position and a generally horizontal position. At least a first pocket extends outwardly from the rear surface of the backrest. The auxiliary leg is connected to the rear of the backrest above the first pocket. The auxiliary leg can be folded against the backrest or rotated to a position where it extends away from the backrest. When in its folded position, the auxiliary leg extends around the periphery of the first pocket. In this manner, the auxiliary leg and the first pocket do not physically interfere with each other.

A plurality of folding tables that pack and store together as a single unit. The plurality includes a primary table. The primary table preferably includes a collapsible washbasin and a rack of shelves for storing provisions near the washbasin. Smaller secondary tables are also provided that set up separately from the primary table. The primary table, the secondary table and the rack of shelves are all collapsible. When these components are in their collapsed configurations, they can be interconnected. This produces a single compact unit for transportation that holds the primary table, the secondary table, the rack of shelves and other complementary objects.
