The present invention relates to wire bending system for a hand tool for forming a controlled bend in a wire. The tool has a wire bending system engaged with a hand tool. The wire bending or shaping system may be open or enclosed, and optionally permits bending in a direction that is perpendicular or coaxial to an axis of a hand tool. The wire bending system may be at either side of the hand tool. A pin may be used to additionally aid bending. The hand tool is provided with a plurality of first and second operably engaged housings for securing a number of tool bits members.

A wire stripping mechanism including wire stripping blades that are coupled to the handle sections of the first and second members along either the width or the length of the handle sections, and is configured to strip an insulating layer from a wire without damaging its core. When a wire is placed between the wire stripping blades and the handles are pivoted together, the blades engage the wire and cut the wire to a predetermined depth that is sufficient to strip the insulating layer from the wire.

Method and apparatus for memory access delay training

Electronic component protection power supply clamp circuits comprising a plurality of p-type channel metal-oxide-semiconductor (PMOS) and n-type channel metal-oxide-semiconductor (NMOS) transistors are described. These clamp circuits use a feedback latching circuit to retain an electrostatic discharge (ESD)-triggered state and efficiently conduct ESD current that has been diverted into the power supply, in order to dissipate ESD energy. The feedback latching circuit also maintains a clamp transistor in its off state if the clamp circuit powers up untriggered, thus enhancing the clamp circuit's immunity to noise during normal operation. Passive resistance initialization of key nodes to an untriggered state, as well as passive resistance gate input loading of a large ESD clamping transistor, further enhances the clamp circuit's immunity to false triggering. This also lengthens the time that the clamp circuit remains in the ESD-triggered state during human body model (HBM) or other long duration detected ESD events.
